Friendly staff, easy parking, spacious room. Some wall fixtures were falling apart, like the toilet paper holder was coming off wall. It also had a strange smell. Enjoyed their breakfast.

The room I stayed was very nice. However, I did not receive a room service (trash was full, bed was not made, no new linens were provided, etc. and I even had pile of dirty linens ready for pick up) after when I got back from the conference. Was a bit disappointed, I paid a lot for the room and did not get what I was expected. The breakfast was very good.
When I walked to get ice from my room (I stayed on 2nd floor) and the carpet nearby the elevator was soaked, and my socks were wet! I'm glad that I brought extra socks (I always bring extra clothes when I travel).

There was an extremely loud noise coming from the bathroom plumbing pipes…it occurred every 3 minutes.

Very nice hotel with lots of places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast is good and beds are comfortable. We always stay here when visiting family.

This is a nice place to stay if you need to stay in the Modesto area. Also close to the freeway. The included breakfast was not bad either. They had eggs, meat, fruit, waffles and lots several other things that were a very nice bonus.

I was in my roof for less than 5 minutes and had had to kill a roach in my bathroom.
I checked out of my room immediately annd was extremely polite and the gentleman checking me out ant the front desk didn't even say sorry or offer a full refund for not staying.

We liked everything, but on the last day, we discovered what looked like bed bugs or fleas on the bedding of the bed. My wife and sister got bit. We reported this to the front office, and we documented it by taking a few pictures. The manager said the she would contact Expedia to give us credit for our stay.

This will be my second review on how great this place is. The laundry amenities have been a game changer for us. Having the app and being able to see how much longer each machine has between loads is awesome. They have a great spot for our dogs to get out and walk around that they love.
From the front staff to behind the scenes, we can’t say enough great things about every single staff member this place has. They have made us & our dogs feel welcome and are so helpful at any given moment. Life has been very uncertain for us but the kindness and care we have been given here is something we will tell anyone about. This place really is a hidden gem in Modesto and we are so grateful we found it.

From check in-to the stay, the staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at ease with issues we were having with our booking. We have never experienced such helpful employees wanting to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t tell you what comfort it gives when everything else in life is uncertain. Truly were amazing to us.

The front desk accommodated my limitations from lung disease, giving me a nearby room with easy access. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. I don't eat breakfast, but it smelled nice.

The only thing that was negative was the gentleman that check me in was not friendly. Did not take much time seemed in a hurry. Went back to a room where he was when I walked in. everything else was excellent

Comfortable stay for our family of 5. There was a pile of dried poop in the grass next to the hot tub, though, and that was pretty gross.

The suite was more than we expected. I only have one complaint. The young man at the desk who checked us in both days was not welcoming, no smile, just all business and I had a difficult time hearing him. The young lady who checked us out both times was the opposite!!! If we're ever in Modesto again, we will stay with you.

I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. It's nice to find a room that our family of 6 can be in together. I also enjoyed the frittata for breakfast.

Convenient location off Hwy 99. Clean property, professional staff. Room design(s) are a bit unusual but work well for travelers. Hotel is on a busy street, with some rooms having more noise. Only one sit-down restaurant within waling distance of the hotel; some fast food available as well. Overall a very good experience.

Very clean, very comfortable for my family of 5. Suit room so 2 to a bed and one on the couch pull out. All very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, a little loud for my husband but no one else was bothered by it cycling on/off. Pool was great, service was great. Breakfast was egss, suasuage patties, fruit, oatmeal bar, waffles (chocolate chip and plain batter), and really good muffins. Coffee, tea, milk, OJ, available. Great stop on our travel back home. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommnend.

Stayed in a suite, with 2 beds and a pullout. The layout was super tight, 2 people could not be walking in the room at the same time. Otherwise is reasonably clean and comfortable.
