Well located apartment, but portable air conditioner was very noisy and ineffective. Water from cistern leaked constantly into toilet bowl. Clothes dryer kept stopping mid cycle.

Downtown CBD Auckland. Not far from transportation center, busses plenty. I thought nights would be noisy, but very quiet. A ton of eateries in the area. High end fashion shops too. You’re never far from a coffee shop. Number one ice cream shop is right next door. Gentleman’s Club across the street. Room was nothing high end, very comfortable bed, dim lighting, everything worked and a nice view of other tall buildings.

A great place to stay. Downtown auckland with lots of eating options and close to transport. The staff were friendly and security always said hello when coming in at night. Great rooms and good gym.

The view was amazing! Did get parking. Staff was excellent and helpful.
The beds and pillows were awesome! Very clean.

We had trouble with the washer. The tap in bathroom extremely hard to turn off. Shower leaked and hard to control water temperature.
The apartment really needs some TLC. Painting of walls would be a big update!. Help with cleanliness!

We have stayed her many times before, when we go to concerts at Vector. The location is great, the views are wonderful and we are able to park our car in a secure carpark on the premises.

The only good thing about this place is the location. There is a building being built right next to the hotel. The place is getting old and tired.

Very tidy little studio, large TV, comfy bed. Clean and spotless bathroom.
The room had cooking facilities but nowhere to seat and eat. No table, breakfast bar no chairs. We had to eat on our laps seating on the bed or in sigle armchair. Other then that great little studuo for a very good price in the middle of it all.

We have stayed in Auckland many times over the years but Auckland Harbour Suites is certainly one of the best. It is in a great central position and the room (2 bedroom apartment with harbour view) was lovely. The beds were really comfortable - which, as someone with a bad back, is something I usually struggle with. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again when we next find ourselves in Auckland.

The hallway to the room smelt like urine - rubbish was not collected - toilet paper was not replenished - one sachet of dishwashing liquid in the room - the gym area all equipment i broken - the poll was disgusting with a pair of underwear floating with rubbish such as paper in the pool absolutely disgusting

Check in was amazing. The lady was some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The building is in an awesome location, close to a lot and room was all you need. Nothing super fancy but comfy bed and door that opens outside! Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a great time here - the view was AMAZING!! We stayed for two nights for work purposes and had a great time. The room has everything we needed, and the staff were fantastic. Lovely, kind, and did not hesitate to help when we needed it. The location is close to the train station, spark arena and I could work away from the 28th floor when needed. We would happily come back!

Great downtown location, Friendly and Helpful Staff. They even loaned me a power adapter to charge my cellphone. Roomy and well-equipped studio apartment right downtown.

The building itself looks great, but the room I was in was a little dated. The carpet was wearing away in a lot of places and there was a lot of visible wear and tear on doors and such. There was stains on the curtains and areas where they had seen so much wear you got light patches. The curtains did little to stop the daylight. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked but the bathroom while well stocked was a little dirty with some hairs around.

They have squeezed a lot in a small space, a big bed, TV and a washing machine + dryer. The location is close to shop's, the train station and the water front

Close to all amenities. Room furnishings were minimal. Kitchen provided but no snall table and chairs to eat it. Did not make sense.

I don't like that they hold my money for so long. They can check my room when I leave and give me a credit straight away. Others do.

Finding Parking is not easy.
There is no central AC. Fans were required.
Location is very good to walk to harbor.

- Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, right next to the harbour with good harbour view.
- Very helpful & accommodating staff.
- The reason for the 4-star rating was the condition of the room (we stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment):
1) The aircond was a portable unit which was very noisy and not very efficient, not cold enough in spite of the noise.
2) One of the bathrooms had a shower curtain which was pretty smelly.
3) Lighting in one of the bathrooms didn't work properly (only 1 lamp left & was not bright enough).
4) Lighting in the main bedroom didn't work properly (1 lamp was not working)
5) The toilet flush buttons in both bathrooms were stuck and required very hard press to work.
6) The fridge was unlevelled and leaned to one side.
It's assumed that the above issues would be rectified. Without those issues, it would be a perfect apartment.

Nightclub noise until 4-5 am daily. Disrupted sleep.

As a solo mother travelling with a 6 year old the area felt safe and so much stuff was in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
