Absolutely loved this place. From the bar/ game room in basement to main living area with fireplace. Outside fire pit and close to town. Great escape for a couple. Breakfast was lovely as well.

The room and inn we’re immaculate. Our room was beautiful! The view was beautiful. The breakfast and afternoon snack was the best of any place we have been and the owners and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. They have a great work out area, including a game room and a relaxing area to watch TV.

The house and room were just as an outstanding B&B should be. Every amenity was thought of and present. Everything worked. George and Andrea are warm hosts. Breakfasts were opulent. Their suggestions for the local area were spot on. They were available but not visible, except in the kitchen in the morning. Highly recommended!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of being guests at The Andon-Reid Bed & Breakfast. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by one of the innkeepers, George. He welcomed us in a way that made us feel like we had just arrived at a favorite friend or relatives house. We stayed in the "Grand Library Suite" on the first floor off of the beautiful hickory trimmed foyer. Entering the room you are hit with a "wow" moment, it is warm and tastefully decorated with a king sized bed and fireplace. The large ensuite has a spa tub, separate shower and its own fireplace. The main common area is fully equipped with all your needs with a gorgeous view of the well kept grounds and neighboring mountain. After a great dinner at Watami Sushi on Main Street, we arrived back to the warmly lit house on the hill that looked like it was ripped from a Thomas Kincaid painting. From rocking chairs on the wrap around porch, we enjoyed a night of cool breezes, tree frogs, fireflies and a visit with a kitty named "Bib". Inside and downstairs there is a game room filled with activities, pool table, shuffleboard, exercise equipment, bar, television and seating. After a wonderful nights sleep in the dreamy bedding, we gathered for a delicious breakfast prepared by innkeeper Andrea that would delight any palate. Upon departure we were sent with well wishes and hopes of return. We had such a great experience that we immediately started planning another stay in the near future. Thank you George and Andrea!!

The property is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and accessible to area attractions. Our hosts (the owners) were a delight and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous place!!

The stay was amazing. The pictures online does it no justice. Not only are the pictures beautiful online but when you get to the property it is amazing. The host the Andrea is so nice and professional. She makes you feel at home when you first enter the door.. I could go on and on about the this gorgeous bed and breakfast. Just know that I'll be looking for more bed and breakfast stays. And will definitely be back to stay here..

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days after a big work project. We didn't want to go far to maximize the time we could relax and enjoy. There were no disappointments at Andon-Reid. The A-R is lovely without being pretentious. The hosts, George and Andrea, are attentive and quickly make you feel at home; they are attentive but don't hover. Breakfast was constantly outstanding, and the afternoon early evening snack served as dessert for us each evening--delicious! If it should rain or snow, there is a large garden room with a fireplace that is a relaxing place to read, work one of the jigsaw puzzles they have on hand, or just sip a beverage and look at the lovely view. Although you can drive for dinner, for us it was a short walk downtown with a large number of good restaurants at different styles and price points. Great hiking is not far away, and George and Andrea printed direction for a hike on Big Creek Trail that made for a beautiful winter hike. We will most definitely be back!

We took some time to break away from our hectic schedules and were fortunate to find this B & B. CLOSE to the town of Waynesville. George and Andrea have a very well maintained B & B and are great hosts. Would definitely return. Thanks again.

These two inn keepers have thought of all the extras: wonderful breakfasts, great snacks, fireplaces and frigs in every room. No shared baths. They are friendly and watch for any need one might have. We will definitely go back. A plus is so much to do in the area.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 3 year anniversary at the Andon-Reid Bed and Breakfast and we look forward to coming back soon! George, Andrea, Ashley, and Amber thank you again for your warm hospitality!

We have stayed in B&Bs throughout the US, New Zealand, and Europe. Andon-Reid is amongst the very best. Accommodations are clean and comfortable, breakfasts are excellent and plentiful, and their location provides a marvelous view of the mountainside. We wished we had had the flexibility to stay additional days just to enjoy their hospitality.

From the time we arrived we were treated with real warmth. The Inn was in transition with new owners. so we had an opportunity to meet new and old. Both were willing to assist us with all our needs. Our first room was nice with a mountain view, however a larger suite opened up the next day and were allowed to upgrade to this beautiful set of rooms. We will return and will recommend this Inn to all of our friends. This trip was to celebrate our 46th anniversary. The only problem was that our stay was not nearly long enough.

The owners of this B&B went out of their way to make us feel comfortable at all times. Great breakfast on each day of our stay.
