Me and my husband were celebrating our 1st Year anniversary and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo we were staying.

Phone in the room did not work. Fridge was not working. No hot water in the shower what so ever. I booked a 2 queen beds room & was given a queen and a pullout sofa which squeaked all night. From desk did not seem to care at all. Will not stay here ever again.

We have stayed at Las Paloma’s on many occasions.
The Condo was good but not as good as others. There was a leak in the air return in the utility room. The master closet had mold and paint wall damage. The location had a great sunset view over the beach. Spacious,decorated nicely. No Keurig coffee pot in kitchen, just filter coffee pot( used to having a Keurig)

This was a great place. No miss no fuss. Needed more info ahead of time on what to bring, what was in hotel, etc. Needed to bring floaties for the lazy river and cash (no atms). Beach was perfect.

Room was not the one I rented,wasn’t clean at all ,dirty floor with hair all over the places .Maid supervisor went to double check and instead of send someone to clean she said i denied the service so they canceled service until next day ,mentioned the VIP service and I didn’t received any upgrade or extra perks if available.Not coming back again .

The ac units are controlled by the property even though there’s a thermostat in rm the temperature was at 83 degrees in n a hot summer day so n July. We also heard several other guess complaining about the same thing all around the resort. I had complains about how dirty and dusty the room was to the front desk, I even have pictures, the front desk asked me to submit them to the resort front desk email, and they still have not responded. I stayed from 7/04/24 to 7/08/24. I was very disappointed on the rm. I also asked for the owners information since it’s an VRBO so I can advise the owner how dirty this place was and no response. The whole reason we did this trip is because we wanted to check this out for our family vacation during Christmas, but considering the above this resort will be questionable for us.

Upon checking in I was told that they will charge me for extra person even though I indicated that I had 5 adults and 4 kids. After i called customer service the manager of the hotel said they wont charge me after I urgued that there was no way i was paying for an extra person. When we got to the property the fridge smelled like rotten fish. We asked for it to be cleaned and they cleaned but the smell did not go away until i bought baking soda and placed it in the fridge. One of the bed had stains on the sheet and the bathroom had hair on the wall. There was no phone in the room and we did not get enough towels to accommodate amount of people that had checked in. The property was beautiful but the cleaners are not doing their job as they should. It was a disappointing experience

Water line break shutting down tower. No big deal, however was shut off 2nd time as repair either wasn't completed or done correctly. The area is extremely limited in places to eat or get food. You have to travel into town, unless you brought your own supplies, i.e. camping in a condo essentially.
Property did take care of guests that still had more days to their stay and relocate. All other guests were out of luck.

We paid a lot of money to stay for 3 nights with an ocean view. First day we had an issues with our door. We went door stairs to the ocean and everything was good until we came back up. The door wasn’t looked and then it wouldn’t latched afterwards. We reported it and one of the staff members was getting very rude with my husband. After some time dealing with that. They came up and had “no idea what could have happened “ and still didn’t fix the latch it wasn’t locking. Then after that we were left without water for a day an half. We couldn’t take showers nor were we offered another room either. It wasn’t the best. Poolside and the beach was the only best thing about this trip.

Property is fine, room is not the best, terrible customer service on the front desk. They claim to be pet friendly but theire only friendly if you pay a hidden fee per pet.

There is a few issues we had encountered while staying here for the 2nd time. 1. No hot water in shower. 2. Rooms were not cleaned well. 3. Not all phases look the same some can be very old with old furniture. If you want to stay must stay in phase 2 or 3 phase 1 is very old.

This is a beautiful, clean hotel with beautiful pools and an ocean view. The room was clean. However, there was a slight odor in the room. I believe the owners must have a cat. We did not complain because it was not that strong.
