Nice clean hotel with very good and friendly personel!

The hotel was a real disappointment and did not meet the 5-star standard. The service was poor, the room was small, and the furniture was dirty (even though we paid close to 100 euros for an upgrade to an executive room), and the breakfast was very weak compared to its price and other 5-star hotels in Tallinn. I don't understand what we paid for in the executive room - the room was as small as a standard room, and it was difficult to get through the door with a suitcase. The hotel also no longer has an executive lounge. Access to the spa was included in our reservation, but when we went to the spa, we were told at the desk that it wasn't included, and we had to start digging out our reservations while others were waiting. We also had an accident during our visit; we spilled minibar red wine on a chair and immediately went to the reception to honestly tell about the incident. We were very sorry, and the spilled wine ruined our evening. However, we expected a more humane reception from a 5-star hotel, such as "no worries, mistakes happen, we'll sort this out," but instead, we got eye-rolling, sighing, talking to each other in Estonian about how much this would cost (which we understood well enough since we visit Tallinn often) from male employees in the reception. The views are great, and the location is good, but the experience is far from 5-star.

Very high level of service, friendly and professional staff, clean, specious rooms with great view…

The hotel was ok but I found no marks of luxury. When arriving to the hotel I was hoping to get the room (about 2.15) but no, instead we were adviced to go to the town as long as possible. The room was for disabled in the mid floor, the sight to the worst direction possible. The ”spa” was joke, with 2 saunas and swimming pool.

I stayed at the Swissotel for almost one month All The staff from reception when i arrived to the end were fabulous. All staff in the breakfast floor 8 again I knew their names they knew I liked a strong coffee on the mornings. 😊always always friendly and all in my opinion made my stay even more joyful. Staff in the spa room also helpful friendly each time I visited this floor 11 Thankyou for creating a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy Tallin Estonia

After a lot of travelling and too many hotels over the last month it was wonderful to land in the Swissotel and have such a beautiful room and service. Parking was much easier than expected.

Beautiful hotel. Although I don't think service was worth it for a 5 star hotel. The check in was really slow and the ac didn't work in the room so had to change the room. I said about the ac to the receptionist before going out for a meal and she said she will go check it. When we came back different people were at the reception and they didnt know if someone had been up to our room or not. So went back to the room to see if the ac has started working but it didnt so went back down to the reception and they said they will change our room. Went back up to get our stuff and then back down where they didnt even set the room ready for us. So had to wait again for it all to be sorted when it could've been done while we are getting our luggage. Usually situations like this we've got a key for the new room and been able to move there without taking keys and running up and down to the reception and waiting round. No compensation for anything and such a poor service. Better service in a 4 star hotel so not gonna go back again.

Close to the airport which was convenient which was good, the negatives were that there was white marks on the bathroom floor and a constant terrible smell of drainage when having a shower which was unpleasant.

Was great. Pillow menu is a lovely touch. Watch your invoice - they double billed me and havent been responding to my emails to address it so review your invoice before leaving.

We stayed two nights here at April 2024. Hotel is upper class and rooms are really nice. I enjoy a good iron and ironing board in The room for tidy clothes so points from that. Breakfast was really good and The staff at The breakfast were really friendly. Special thanks to Mr Jansson who greeted us at The breakfast. I have been in hundreds of different class hotels and never have I felt us welcomed to hotel's breakfast. A perfect example how much of an positive impact can one extremely friendly staff member make. We had payed for The spa but The pool was out of order and only two saunas were available. Hotel gave us complimentary drinks because The pool was not available so that was a nice gesture. Hotel has really nice skybar and The drinks are really good but quite expensive. Sky bar staff was quite not friendly and one would expect to have really good service of you pay 16 euros for one cocktail. Free hint to sky bar staff: smile and friendliness doesn't cost anything but make a big difference how The customer feels about The whole experience.

Here for 3 nights . Hotel is perfect for my needs

Nice and luxurious hotel. Breakfast very fancy but the arrangement a bit chaotic. No proper coffee. The spa is excellent.

That charged my card 3 times and still taking time to fix this. I had to talk with them every day during my stay and had do start from the scratch every time. It seems they don’t share the problem within the team.

Perfect in all respects , Swissotel Tallinn is the only place I stay when in Tallinn It has everything one can expect from a hotel , location , cleanliness , service with a smile , comfort what else can you ask for …

Great place to stay for business.

The hotel housekeeping should work better. The room was dirty. The body shampoo was empty when I got there, it was empty when I left, hahaha. Nobody checked. I guess it is a 4 star hotel the one in Talinn, so it is lower end 4 star. Worst value. The staff is not what you would typically experienced in other four stars in central Europe or USA, they are definetly not polite (spa and reception) they are also understaff, lines of check in and check out. Interesting point was, my reaervation said what is included and what is not included, but they asked additional daily use for the hotel pool.

Clean, stylish, comfy, spa, breakfest and convenient location

Nice staff, room looked nice (good size), the maids did a good job as the room was very clean. You had to pay to use the pool 15 euro per day which I think is a bit strange as a guest of the hotel. Most hotels dont charge for using the pool only for treatment of course so i found it strange that guest had to pay for that in this hotel. The light you see in the roof pictures of the hotel pool is not working as i asked and she said it had not been working for a very long time which I think is a bit strange (maybe change the pictures in the hotel then. The breakfast was not very good ( very dry pancakes, coffee tasted bad and sweaty cheese)

The staff here were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was fantastic with an incredible shower, great ameneties and wonderful views of Tallinn. We had breakfast included and this was definitely the best buffet breakfast I have experienced. The staff are so efficient but you also feel really relaxed and not rushed. Food was fantastic and I couldn't fault it.
