This hotel was beautiful and clean! We stayed in mini suite with our family of 6. Two doubles and a pull out couch. Plenty of space! It had a little kitchen area. Sink, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! A made to order omelet bar as well as a breakfast buffet station. Delicious! We'll definitely ne looking for more Embassy suites by Hilton on our next trip. Five starts for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The property and rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast offerings included an omelet bar with various omelet types, including build-your-own, to choose from. There was also a selection of muffins, yogurt, and cereal. All of this, along with a choice of juice and coffee options, was a winning combination.

Very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast!!! Only downside was ac was making a little noise but blew very cold. I will definitely stay here again

Nice property. Room layouts are nicer than older Embassy’s. Both rooms have an exterior facing window. The happy hour and breakfast were good, but not quite as nice as some other Embassy’s we have stayed at.

Not so good as soon as I checked to the room 3rd floor cards didn't work had to call for someone not go check do to me having all the luggage we me,headed out for dinner came back same thing we cards. Got them exchanged Next day went for breakfast and same thing happened with cards each time waited about 10/15 min sofa bed had toe nails and there was Qtip on floor next to sofa bed , were a to soft you can feel the springs, Tv didnt work. Bedroom phone didn't work either.Breakfast was Good love that the have the complementary evening snacks and drinks

This is a decent Embassy Suites that offers a nicer than “average” hotel stay feel. The room is spacious but the bed sadly was hard as a rock. The hotel was clean and even had a bar and restaurant downstairs. I might stay again if in the area.

We Were Met By A Friendly Staff That Went Way Above Service Expectations By Texting Me After I Had Time To Unpack And Relax To Be Sure My Stay Was Going To Be The Best It Can Be. LOVED THAT LITTLE TOUCH!!!

Nice rooms as always. I love Embassy Suites. I just have a criticism on the breakfast. Not only the time frame is too short ( only 2 hours) but food is also very different than before. No bacon, sausage or cold cuts anymore. It used to be better. Other than that everything was wonderful

This hotel was amazing! We enjoyed our Happy Hour Cocktails with snacks. The hotel was very generous. Beautiful area close to shopping and close to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. Breakfast was delicious and the omeltte station was superb 👌

It was easy to get to this hotel from the freeway. The kids always love the Embassy breakfast and I appreciate the eggs made to order. No complaints.

It was OK. King bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa bed very uncomfortable. This location is not up to the standards as other locations.

I didn't like the fact that my room was previously used for people with dogs. There must be fleas in the room, because all of us got bit by them and we were red all over our necks and bodies. It was horrible! I didn't know it was "Pet Friendly". My God! Never again!

Pool needs to be vacuumed, but VERY friendly staff. We appreciated Deborah at the bar who was very friendly and nice to talk to. She helped us navigate the hotel amenities and get the most out of our stay.
