The property was fine, but some the upgrades weren't very functional. My room had net/fruit flies, which I'm sure housekeeping observe & did report. This cause a room change, which was a huge inconvenience but not other compensation. Other that my stay was good, not excellent.

Most of the area was under construction, but the room had an odor not natural. Bathroom was clean but was old.

From the last time I stayed the construction and renovation is better and made up from the last time

I didn't like that my TV stand was all ripped up and food was left in the drawer. So the room wasn't fully cleaned

The hallway was under construction and the pool was closed. Otherwise fine.

My bathroom toilet was working when I arrived. I let staff know and then I was told that they would fix it shortly. I left and returned to the hotel after midnight to find out that nobody came to fix the toilet. Shortly after my return, I went downstairs to use the restroom and the clerk was in the restroom. I asked her if she worked her and she said yes. I then told her that the toilet was still not working. She told me that they do not have night maintenance and my only option was to move to another room that did not have 2 queen beds but one king bed. In the meantime, my daughter called to say that the toilet finally flushed. I told the clerk that I would stay in the room because it was then 1am and we were not going to pack up our room and move. We had problems with toilet all night. It would flush sometimes and most times it wouldn’t. How could maintenance go home without fixing my toilet and no one cared. I will not be returning to this property again.

Awesome hospitality

This hotel needs a lot of upgrades but I see where y’all are renovating and why can’t this be done during the off season? No pool available, television needs to be upgraded to a smart tv, and the hallways need better air, it was extremely hot in the hallway.

Had to wait for cleaning of rooms, toilet would not flush correctly, there was no remote for the TV, parking is limited. Pool was closed. The staff tried to accommodate, but overall experience was not great…

This is the worse Fairfield I have ever stayed at out of over 50. I have stayed at Fairfield overseas as well. 1. Checked in at 4p. My room was not made up at all. 2. They moved us to 2nd room, electric lock battery was dead. After a 10 min wait they decided to put us in another room. 3. Breakfast was 40 min late. 4. My daughter bed had a cockroach the first morning. 5. They claim some renovations are ongoing, i did not see any work being done throughout my 4 day stay. 6. Overpriced for what it offers. I have a couple photos but app is not uploading currently. This Fairfield clearly has no pride in the brand. One couple sat outside room for an hour after breakfast because their door broke. Bonvoy needs to inspect ASAP.

We checked in. We were not informed that the pool was not in useable condition. Hallways were extremely hot due to AC not working. In our room we had a fridge that would not stayed chilled and our food went bad

Room was generally fine. Were some electrical problems. Refrigerator wouldn't work until moved and plugged into different outlet. Bathroom circuit tripped when using hair dryer.

The pool was closed and that was the only reason we picked the property

Staff are very friendly and the cleaning staff are excellent!! The swimming pool was not open and we weren't informed about it after during the booking process. The facility in general needs upgrading. The Continental breakfast was a lot better than we expected. Items included were spinach quiche, cubed potatoes, bacon, waffles, several types of toast, tasty muffins and fresh orange juice and coffee. Our room was very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well. We were quite comfortable. The tub and shower are great. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were of good quality. Check in and out were easy. I would recommend staying here!

The people that worked there was very friendly. However I booked 2 rooms. One for my daughter and her family, and one for myself. My daughters room the toilet did not work and they had to get on the elevator and go downstairs for a bathroom. The air conditioner in her room was so noisy that it kept them awake. My room the toilet was not as bad as my daughters but we did find ourselves using the downstairs bathroom most of the time so that there weren't any problems. When we spoke to the front desk we were told that they did not have any other rooms available and also that they would have given us our money back but because we booked through Expedia they could not do that. So I am only giving it a 3 because the employees were very nice.

When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing repairs. It did look dated and slightly under staff. Deja at the front desk is great at her job! The breakfast was great!

The staff were helpful, polite, and pleasant. The rooms were fairly clean (a bit dusty) and housekeeping kept them that way throughout our stay. The rooms were fairly poor in condition, with a malfunctioning refrigerator, a bathroom door that wouldn't latch, and a TV that barely worked. The breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary. Also almost all of the amenities were in disrepair. No laundry, pool under construction, even many of the ice machines were broken, and even the print center was out of order.

Everything was great except the pool is closed for maintenance. I wish they had listed that, we chose this hotel specifically for the kids to swim in the pool.

the customer service wasn't pleasant

Deja was excellent and she was accommodating and made our stay enjoyable.

Room had roaches and no one came to spray also the toilet seat broke no one came to fix it. Staff was nice but no one took care of the issues.

We had an excellent stay here. They were about to remodel but it didn't affect our stay at all. The complimentary breakfast was superb (better than getting breakfast at a restaurant) and the cook they have went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent breakfast. Very nice facility. Quiet and convenient. Will definitely stop here again when in area.

We were very pleased with this hotel! The staff was helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was great! Can’t beat it for the price!

Great property for our overnight stop from Fl to NJ. Room was clean, functional, and quiet. Check in was very good and the service and courtesy displayed by Rob H at the desk was so welcoming! We checked in around 2AM due to unexpected traffic, and knowing this, Rob offered our family free waters and snacks! Breakfast was great and more than your typical continental versions. Housekeeping was extremely polite as well. Overall a great stay!!!

Everything thing was as expected, except the pool area was out of order. That was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, and there was no discount for the lack of amenities

The gentleman who checked us in was VERY subdued - no smiles/greeting - a horrible representative of hospitality. After paying for my 2-day stay, I questioned if there was a map of the hotel … never answered my question, instead just disappeared behind the corner. Really deplorable!
