Decent but noisy. Lots of clanging and banging sounds all night. The power went out briefly and heavy construction commenced very loudly outside our window at 7:30am

The one thing that irked me about the room was rhe shower pressure was weak/inconsistent
The service is moxies was average at best. Went twice, once the service was decent, the other time the service was terrible. Not really the hotel's fault, but frustrating none the less

Checked in and went to the room where the toilet was plugged. No big deal, we will let them know and they can fix it. We went to the desk to inform them and they moved us to a bigger room. They didn’t want us to have to wait so they made our experience so much better. They treated us great!

Just a over night stay between airport transfers

The room we stayed in was not clean upon arrival. I believe it was a room that was not utilized in quite some time. The bathroom was infested with silverfish bugs that crawled from the walls in around the toilet and shower. The hotel did offer us 30% off the stay however it still felt like we payed a lot of money for a bug infested hotel.

My room had no internet for the whole stay and no one was able to help or even seemed to care. The room wasn’t serviced once and when I called the front desk for coffee they seem bothered and none showed up. The staff in Moxies were great but I spent an unnecessary amount of money to use a table so I could get WiFi to finish my work.

Ours was just an overnight stay before taking an early flight. The hotel was clean and the restaurant on site was a nice evening out and the shuttle to the airport was easy and fast The rooms were quiet and clean

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful. Moxies restaurant has excellent food. Would definitely stay again.

Overall stay was fine, shower had no water at all on the last day but didn’t have time to get anyone to look into it. Communicated to front desk but nothing was done.

In the write up of the hotel it promised free parking but there was a charge. Not impressed with that, room had issues with bathroom function and exposed wiring underdesk area

Too many hidden charges. Please specify next time before booking that charges such as parking is not included. Also its a rip-off to charge for parking each night for a 3 star hotel

Hot water both taps, no cold at all, no internet for hours upon arrival, iron board in pieces in closet, keys would not work. Had to reactivate each time. Star buck’s coffee machine broke on arrival, staff did the best they could.

I had a great solo staycation at the Sandman Signature!! Staff at check-in was fantastic...they offered me a great room upgrade and when it wasn't ready right away, I was given a Moxie's voucher so I could have a drink while I waited. The room was clean and spacious and the balcony had a great view of the planes landing at Pearson. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is an excellent hotel and a great value for the money It has an above average luxury feel for less money than other chains. The rooms are a nice size, clean and well appointed. I know this is odd but they smell great - a small thing that I appreciate. Staff is great. Moxies is a fantastic restaurant on site.

Room was beautiful, probably the best looking room I have ever booked when visiting Toronto. My 3 year old really enjoyed the amount of room we had. I Will definitely have to reserve in the future.

My truck was stolen our first night gone. Do NOT stay here. I don’t understand how more then 10+ vehicles are being stolen weekly and this place still have guests. Don’t stay here unless you want to come back from your vacation to no vehicle.

Indifferent staff, paper thin walls, slow elevators, and so so bed. Kind of dated and sad. Those are the cons.
The pluses- large room, clean, Moxies on site for dinner, and easy shuttle (great driver) to airport.
Wouldn’t want to stay here for long. Reno’s underway that might improve some things. Watch the prices as other places might be better at this price.
