Ideal location and nice for chilling

Place was great and short distance from everything there is. I stayed in room second floor, my balcony was towards the street. Even windows and Dior shut and earplugs i could hear everything all night. If you are a light sleeper, this place might not be for you. Breakfast and cleanliness was good. Other than the traffic noise it was ok

Location is good. Air conditioning is good. Cozy layout. Old property. Noisy from neighboring club all night. Staff is helpful and friendly.

This hotel is pretty nice but it is just impossible to sleep... which is major problem for an hotel! Buildings & villas are so close to karaoke bars that we cannot sleep before 4am... According to the hotel staff, they perfectly know this problem but they cannot do anything to resolve it and no reaction from the hotel management. Just don't book there to save your holidays

Friendly staffs and good service. The pool size is enough to get swimming relax. The room will got is very big come with balcony, king size beds and you more space to put your luggage. We can access the beach by 2 minutes walk. There is convenient store just right in front of the hotel. We love this hotel and location.

This was a great landing spot for our trip to southern Thailand. The beds are hard, but that is typical in Thailand, we discovered. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly, good location, nice pool and very good breakfast.

I have booked through Expedia many times and I am not sure why you are advertising this place The comfort of the deluxe villa roomBy pool do not book We were out at the back where this a girlie bar backed onto the grounds the noise went on until 5am every dayThe beds were so uncomfortable I couldnt sleepWhen we complained we were not moved but said they know but nothing they can do about it as the police cannot do anything about this particular bat Spme of the bed linedn grey tired stained just look tired but they did give us late check out but no compensation for such an ordeal Expedia maybe put one of your team in the last room at the end of the pool let me know how you feel after that . Hotel is good, condition is good But the drawback is it’s very very far from actuall Phuket. In their picture they shown beaches as well but it’s not in hotel.

Fantastic couldn't complain

This hotel has a great location, 30 seconds from the beach. Staff was great. Bed was ok. really not a complaint. Very convenient to anything you want. For me this was a great place to sleep and clean up. That is what I was looking for. Yes I would stay here again !!!!

We had two nights in Andaman incl. Breakfast. We used this location at the end of our trip to Thailand. So we had only 30 minutes to Phuket airport from here.

Nice place close to the beach, 2 min. wall. Great pool if only the guess would stop reserve g the char by the pool without ising them for hours. The establishment needs a policy again st reserven the char. The pool area is too small.good breakfast with a lot of fruit.Will recommend and return.

I stayed at this place about 5 years ago, and returned again because of its close proximity to the beach (just across the road) and a variety of restaurants, and because it has breakfast, and a pool. The area of Phuket is BangTao beach and this is a very quiet area.... so if you want to completely avoid the partying crowds of Patong, then then go here. Some of the poolside huts were affected by the noise of one of the late night restaurants/bars, apparently, but we were in a room above the office... it was pretty quiet at night, except for some noise from the mosque call to prayer... but it doesn't last long. The beach is quiet, and is pretty flat, so great for kids, and for people who just want to go in for a dip without being knocked about by a lot of waves. There are a few jetskis, but there is a roped off area for people to swim The breakfast provided is good, with cereal, fruit, cooked food, tea/coffee and is available from 7.30-10.30am. You can eat there for lunch but the Pad Thai wasn't that good. There are quite a few restaurants along the road, most have a similar menu, but the one just to the left always gave us 10% off. Excellent for a quiet week away from the world with not much to do besides eat, swim and relax.

Rude aggressive staff. Harassed my son. Will not recommend.

Overall the hotel was nice with a pool, however the negative side was loud misic from neighbor bar from 5pm until morning hours, very noisy neighborhood.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was served in a timely manner. The only issues we really encountered was the wifi and the tv didnt work.

Excelent value hotel with comfortable room and well managed gardens and pool. Quite noisy music from the bars outside though. Hice and peaceful during the day on terrace or by the pool.

Hotel was great - we asked for separate beds and got two king sized beds. Room is spacious with a balcony and many facilities such as a safe, hairdryer, umbrella (for the rainy season), free tea and coffee etc. Pool was clean and enjoyable, there is a 7/11 and a restaurant next door, and the beach is literally a minute walk away. Very good price for the offpeak season too! Staff have reasonable English and were always available and friendly.

I found the hotel staff to be excellent , very friendly and very helpfull if i was to return back to this hotel it would be for the staff .The hotel itself was ok , the rooms were cleaned everyday thankyou , the laundry service from the staff amazing , we also found the surrounding community fantastic , taxi service the best , hairdressing , massage, pharmacy and shopping great overall very nice .

Perfect location. 100m to the beach, the beach itself is 6.5km long, the last 3-4km you hardly see more than 10 people in the sea. Dozens of restaurants nearby. During the 25 days of our stay - no complaints to the hotel's team . Definitely recommend it.

"Seaview Bangtao Resort": what a joke. There was no seaview at all, to get to the beach you had to cross a street and some real resorts. What brings us to the next joke: this was not a resort; some rooms in an old run-down house and a few bungalows at a tiny Pool. Our "deluxe room" was quite big and clean, at first we were satisfied. But then the unbearable smell of chlorine coming out of the bathroom became more and more dominant. Taking a shower was a nightmare. The next morning we complained and the receptionist was really courteous; for the remainig night we stayed in one of the bungalows (that normally cost the double of what we paid), which was unpeccable. All in all the room wasn't worth the money we paid, but the service and the effort of the personnel reconciled us.
