I was somewhat disappointed with the hotel and its service. The room wasn’t as clean as expected, AC cabinet was placed next to one of the beds and was working loud, especially during night time and there were tea sachets provided at the room, but there was no teapot to make use of them. The breakfast was included—a nice bonus—it was quite limited. Additionally, my name wasn’t on the breakfast list, so I had to check in with reception every morning, which was inconvenient.

It was okay. The beds was really small. Really wanted a king bed. But, we were only able to get 2 full. As an unconventional couple the space did not work well. Overall nice hotel and friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel was nice comfy and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of cons though but nothing major. One was when i went to take a shower there was no soap and the body wash was empty. I did go to front desk after and they gave me a bottle. The other thing was the disorganization of the breakfast. We paid the breakfast included rate but they went to a full pay mode. When i asked the front deak about it they had to find it by a randomn code. Afterwards we were still not on the list but we were able to get breakfast anyways. 1st day breakfast was sparse but still decent. Today though brekafast was much better and much better organized. Overall we had a good stay and we will come.back. We just wont pay for breakfast at 29.99. For basically a continental breakfast it is not worth the price.

We had a nice stay. The only thing that I noticed was there was no ventilation fans in the bathroom and the water pooled in the shower but other than that we were satisfied.

Room was a little dirty with bugs I was given another room which was better,was given a deposit that I wasn’t aware of which almost cost me my trip.

Trip was ok. The hotel was clean and check in was fine. House keeping kept coming by at random times which eventually got annoying having to turn them away so much. Maintenance also came by several times to check on the A/C even though we never had an issue with it. The most annoying part of the vacation was having to turn people away so much. Other than that everything was fine.

I was charged for parking and I did not have a vehicle. I was there for 8 hours. The gentleman that checked me in was foul mouthed and unavailable 1 hour later when I needed assistance.

There was no hot water (which noone told us about in advance as apparently it was a city issue. To top it off, the AC did not work. We let the front desk too but noone came. Really not at the Courtyard brand level. Got no reimbursement or coupon.
