rooms were massive didnt feel closriphodic as other hotels, showers could need a upgrade but for the value excillant

Bathroom was bad. Shower was right above toilet making it wet every time we took shower. The room was nothing like the pictures on line .

Large rooms in great location, bathroom old but workable. Not a luxurious accommodation. Very inexpensive in low season.

Room clean & comfortable, however toilet seat broken, t-v getting to old ( some chanels sound not great) room leaked when heavy rain, curtain on front window not hooked properly, no shower screen, otherwise ok

I have stayed at this property many times, although this visit was the worst. The internet dropped out everyday, the Shower had low water pressure and water temperature not warm. The bars downstairs play music till 2am loud so its hard to sleep. The customer service from the front desk staff was poor and extremely rude in particular one staff member by the name of Leng. This was the worst service I have ever had at a hotel and will not be visiting again and advising all of my family and friends not to stay. The staff tried to make additional money for their own benefit (staff to pocket) by making charges up upon check out and stating specifc things are not charged for then trying to charge for them upon checkout. There are many hotels in Patong which are of similar rate and with better service. not recommended! Poor example of the normal awesome and friendly Thai hospitality

Looks like a run down soviet era coloss from the 50ties. It has seen its best days. In the yard there are like ten beach bars. Loud music keeps the hotel awake until four in the morning. Not able to borrow us beach towels etc.

I enjoyed this hotel. I was close to the beach, shops, markets, and nightlife. It had a great view form the balcony outside. The room was large, and so were the beds. The AC wasn't that great, but they were in the process of replacing all of the units while we were there. The WiFi was great and the TV was okay. It was a great value.

Very large, timber cabin feel rooms. Protected from sun radiation and daylight. Minor maintenance issues, management fixes immediately on report. Daily friendly room service. Crazy good location within centre and beach proximity. Walk to everything.

We booked through hotels.com with 2 bookings for 6 nights. We asked hotels.com to confirm the same room which they did. After 17 hours flying and in airports and an hour in a taxi we arrived at 10.35pm to be told we didnt have a room. The place looked a mess, run down and the reception and ground floor looked like it was 100 years old and had never been renovated. The hotel looks like it is basically a brothel for the local bars of which there are about 20 running until 2 pm apparently. We were told there was some problem and were shuffled off to another hotel 4 kilometers away. We booked in this location as we have family in this area. We arrived at Ashlee Plaza and were given a room at 11.30 pm ...on entering it was already occupied so we were shuffled again to building #4 around the corner and finally got into a room at 12.15 am... hopeless hotels.com and Bel Air and the ashlee was no better...still no reply after 3 days to a what are they going to do about it email!

Enjoyed my stay except,the fridge door seal needed replacing & the air con wasn't very good, but on the whole,had a good time, would stay again.

The room was big and clean. However, you are not allowed to bring any food or drinks from outside into your room! That is the worst rule I have ever heard a hotel make. The hotel wants to force all guests to eat and drink things purchased via the hotel. The rooms do not provide any body soap only shampoo. The hotel itself leaked. However, for the price I paid it was acceptable.

I had family with me but it was ok just a little noisy at night since in front of the hotel are some pub/bars. However, we were so busy doing tours and we only went back tour hotel to rest. Everything is close by and 5 min walk to Bangla road. I would recommend this hotel more for the single people or couples. Breakfast buffet was good for the exception of juices, it was salty.

Super friendly people and staff. Not a single issue with anything. Very helpful and kind. Clean rooms at a very affordable price. It goes to show that you don't have to spend too much for a great place to stay.
