It's great place. Simple but with all what you need is here. Staf are very good and helpful.I recommend it 100%.

The staff at the restaurant and reception are not friendly as compare to the staff at Victoria olimp. Very less options for breakfast.

Old hotel

The great about this hotel is an immensely huge park right cross the road, spacious room/bathroom, great breakfast with choices, freshness and view of the park, 4 short stops of bus to town center. I will certainly stay in this hotel for my future trips. However, to be honest, there were quite a few getting-used-to for me initially. First, language barriers, the reception desk is better than the restaurant staff but it is a challenge to communicate from housekeeping, food to just simply directions to nearby surroundings. Google Translate saved me for multiple occasions. Second, I would expect from this level of hotel include in-room coffee and tea. Housekeeping provided a electrical kettle and I bought instant coffee and tea bags from nearby supermarket. Third, the staff is apparently not trained in hospitality. Any curtesy routine doesn’t work here. After 2 stays of more than 20 days, one of the housing keeping ladies is used to my routine and returns hello with a smile every time. I wouldn’t trade the greatness with just a few getting-used-to.

Room was nice, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is not right in the city centre but is not far out and is convenient for the WW2 museum.

The property was clean and convenient. Wifi worked well and was consistent. The restaurant at the property is mediocre and other amenities are non-existent. The fitness center is really poor quality and only open 7a-12p daily, which makes no sense. The pool and spa were both closed throughout my stay.

Manager must train the staff better especially speak English, you can’t holiday and at the hotel some members of staff not speaking English at all

I’ve spent more money on less comfortable rooms in the past. Please note that this hotel is not located downtown Minsk, but across Victory Park, which is ideal if you enjoy a run in the morning. Walking to the city center will take about 15-20 minutes, but it is quite a relaxing walk.

Modern post soviet era Hotel. Staff friendly enough but still remnants of the slow service of previous times especially in the kitchen/ restaurant area. Novel entertainment during evening meal featuring novel Cabernet style act . Rooms clean and comfortable . Hotel 2mikes plus from the centre opposite beautiful ‘Hyde Park’ type city park. Bestvtake taci into historic core and walk back or vice versus. Very modern Moscow facsimile city with very wide boulevards and grandiose rebuilt 1920’s style apartment blocks. City 90% destroyed in WW11 with almost 1 million killed . Very interesting history . Very agreeable people

My stay at the Victoria was good, the staff were friendly and the service was very good. I only used the restaurant for breakfast, which has a good spread of hot and cold food, cereals and breads. The hotel itself is dated, but its comfortable and clean. The park opposite is very nice.

The hotel was lovely and was opposite a beautiful park and close to the town centre. The reception team and bar staff were particularly friendly and made us feel most welcome. We would definitely look at staying here again.

Hotel is by nice. It is quite expensive; but that should change because there are about 6 new hotels under construction due to the World Ice Hockey Championships in 2014. Fitness facilities are poor. Internet was good and so was the breakfast.

Hotel is overpriced for quality of rooms/service, etc. Location is not an asset. It is several miles from the closest place of interest. Few dining options. In house restaurant is very overpriced.

We (2 adults and 2 preschool kids) booked this hotel on short notice for a 1 night stay and were overall pleasantly surprised as we did not expect that quality. After a not so pleasant wait and treatment at the Belarussian border (6 hours) we arrived from Poland by car early in the morning at the Victoria Hotel. There appeared to be some �working girls� hanging around still in the reception area but that did not bother us. The hotel staff was found to be efficient and very friendly and we got a Deluxe room, basically a small suite with 2 washrooms. The spacious room and washrooms were spotless and the furniture and facilities were in very good condition. Room service worked well (15 minutes wait) and food quality was quite good (2 salads) though portions are a bit small. Breakfast was o.k. with continental style and local assortment of foods but nothing special. We found the breakfast room lounge music entertainment way too loud which appeared to be running for the staff rather than clients. Check-out was quick and managed again by friendly staff. � Though we found the room a bit pricey ($320) we had an overall good experience and I would choose this hotel again.

I got a rather spacious room, with all necessary equipment for work (I was on a business trip). I wanted a non-smoking room and I got one - there was no smell of nicotine whatsoever (this happens sometimes when they try to convert a previously smoking room into a non-smoking one). Breakfast was also good, with a variety of choices to satisfy every taste. Internet access in the room was paid, but with a very moderate price - a 30000 roubles card allowed me to use it for the whole five days of my stay.
