This hotel in Minsk was amazing, lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

It was ok, location good. Felt like the room hadn't been stayed in for a long time. A bit dusty and the hot water took a very long time to warm up. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good but not fantastic. Probably won't stay again as it felt a little bit over priced despite the good location

Single room has a roof window. Light comes into the room early. No sound isolation. If it rains, you hear it well... No safebox

Good location. Very close to large shopping mall with large supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. Short walk to Old Town. Only negative is that the rooms that I've stayed in on the third floor have a small sky light so bring sleeping mask if you're senstive to light - though this doesn't apply in Winter months.

Really exceptional place to stay. A little hidden but close to shopping and Metro and very comfortable great value for money.

the hotel is nice and comfortable. The location is excellent near a big shopping mall that has a huge supermarket and many dining options. The rooms are reasonable size and very functional with classic furniture. Everything was neat and the cleaning staff cleaned the room everyday spotlessly. Breakfast was ok. The bathroom had clean towels, toiletries, as well as a shower with excellent water pressure which I liked very much. The breakfast buffet is not to be compared of course with the breakfast buffets of 5 star hotels but it had wholesome options and it was definitely good enough for getting your day started with the energy you need. All in all I had an excellent experience staying here for a week and would book this hotel again every time I will be in Minsk for a business trip.

Room excellent. I took the bigger one, that was not necessary. Cervice ok, not good, nor bad. Satisfactory. Breakfast also satisfactory. No sauna, nor gym. Several other hotels have these facilities. Location very good.

フロントにearly check inは５０％の宿泊料で部屋が空いていたら受け付け可能と書いてありました早朝便で着く場合は半額で泊まれるので便利だと思います。朝食には焼きリンゴがありました。実際の外観が写真より疲れていますが部屋はヨーロッパ調で素敵で満足でした。

I was most impressed with the reception staff. They all spoke excellent English and they all went out of their way to be of help. Breakfast was plentiful, with something for everyone. I could have done with some bread that was in between the white stuff that is pretty awful, and the heavy rye bread. Once I got the hang of the service buses I found it so easy to get into the centre. A lot of what Minsk has to offer was easily accessible on foot. Oh, and the hotel is immaculately clean. And its in an area with every sort of shop that one could wish for.
