I’ve never stayed somewhere so nice! Would 100% stay again! Staff were very attentive and welcoming! The room I stayed in was the pavilion room with a castle view it was very spacious, I loved the lamps and low lighting it really was calming in the evening! Hotel is great location less than a minute walk to the Christmas markets. I have nothing bad to say!

We spent 6 days in Belgium staying in 5 hotels as we drove around the country. Bruges was our favorite stop and Duke's Palace our favorite hotel. It's very impressive with large beautiful rooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice room in a castle- like building. Breakfast was all you could wish for and a little more. Very nice and kind staff, especially for breakfast.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Rooms were superb with extremely comfortable beds, large bathroom with bath and separate shower plus a heated floor. Fantastic breakfast with great choice of food plus who doesn’t love a glass of bubbly in the morning and a chunk of Belgian chocolate cut from one of three blocks that were there each day.

All staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English.

Beautiful hotel but we had a few isdues. Our bags delivered late to our rooms and we had other people stuff with ours. They came to correct it but it wasn’t quick and bag guys not nice to us about it. Also inquired about taxi to train station day before. Front desk didn’t say we needed a reservation. We came to get taxi and not available so had to walk and almost missed train

Our first time in Brugges, and our first time at Hotel Dukes' Palace, and both were wonderful. The hotel's location and sense of 'place' are unbeatable, and our room was comfortable. But it was the people that truly set it apart. During our stay, we made several requests of the top-notch hotel staff and they consistently exceeded expectations.
We have a world of travel options before us, but we are already planning to return to Brugges, and will certainly stay at Hotel Dukes' Palace when we do so.

Stayed for four nights. Property is wonderful. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant one night and it was superb. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with tons of options. The garden was beautiful, the room was more spacious than I expected and had a nice view. Daily room cleaning was always done well.
If you are using public transport it is a five minute walk to the bus stop, which is one stop to the train station. Everything around the hotel is walkable with dozens of food options within a short walk. The hotel is set back from the main street so it is quiet. A fantastic stay.

It is a pity that the room we took wasn’t up to a 5 star establishment. Bathroom really smelled bad

Beautiful property. Super comfy bed. They forgot to put some toiletries in the bathroom but we were there for one night and I am sure they would have put some in the next day. Happy the bar was still open when we arrived. People very friendly. Good quality breakfast but lighting in eating rooms could be a bit warmer.

This hotel is in the most perfect location.
Rooms are charming but not very well functional.
For example, there are no wall electrical plugs in the bathroom, by mirror. I had a curling iron and had no way to use it.

Beautiful property and the best hotel in Bruges. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and polite to deal with. They even gave us early check in at noon upon learning we had not been able to rest since our flights. The location is amazing, near all the central sightseeing destination within walking distance. The dining experience was fantastic with gourmet European cuisine, and the bar was beautiful and housed rare Belgian beers. Definitely recommend!
