The hotel was great overall. The breakfast choices were amazing. The staff extremely friendly and helpful.
My only negative criticism is that the shower could be kept a little cleaner. Otherwise overall a great experience!

The check-in was smooth. I appreciate they helped me check-in earlier.
There were few problems to the washroom door inside the door which took around 45 mins to be fixed, which I didn't like to be honest.
Another thing the right door key was not provided. Initially I stayed for an hour without electricity in the room. Even after calling multiple times I got the right key after 1-1.5 hours of my checkin.

We understand it’s covid times but the food was very disappointing.The menu is so limited and if ur staying for more than 2 days u are ready to bawl your eyes out! Plus they take an average of 45 minutes even for a simple sandwich.Other than the food everything was as usual amazing!

My expectations for this Radisson were high, sadly disappointed. Service was terrible. Breakfast was not at all upto standards expected .Tables were not spotless, floor under counter were not swept - observed for two days in a row . Called Room service no answer, rang up front desk to connect no answer... After frustrating half hour I gave up idea of eating in the room , staff were okay but not impressed. Sorry but I don’t see myself ever staying at this place.

The as shower leaked, TV did not have western channel And the ironing boards really need to be better for a Radisson hotel... the cheese was stale and the same block appear to be placed served to eat. I know this as was there for 9 nights.. and passionate for cheese.

This is a recent addition to the Radisson chain in Mumbai. Google maps doesn't recognize it when you search for this location. The outdoor bar on the second floor is a happening place on the weekend that pops up on Google when you search for the hotel. You get what you pay for at this property. It is not the swankiest hotel in Mumbai, or even in this part of Mumbai, but this property is a third of the price of the other hotel down the street. All in all, it met my expectations for a Radisson in this part of Mumbai.

Rooms were clean and quiet due to 4 panes of glass to keep out traffic noise. Breakfast buffet substantial with wide variety of choice.

temperature could not be controled with hot water and normal water for bath tab. I only could get extremely hot water or normal water.Mini bar should be prepared like before. 2 door men remembered me well which was very nice, as I used to stay Grand Sarovar Premiere many times in the past.

It was ok not that great . The beds are very tiny. When asked them they said they have the same size of beds in every room. It was very uncomfortable. When asked for the bottle of water they said you have already taken 3 bottles a day and over it you will be charged. I am not staying for the 1st time in a 5 star and I know it well that bottles of drinking water are complimentary and they cannot charge you how much ever you need it. Breakfast was ok not that great. Would not recommend it to anyone for leisure .

These gentlemen ensured that our stay was comfortable.
We had issues with hot water on the first night and these two gentlemen went out of their way to ensure that the problem was resolved thereafter.
