Good location

Got to the property at 5:30pm waited until 8:00pm for all three rooms to become ready. Then the two we waited for were not clean at all. The ceilings in all the rooms looked so nasty, mold at the bottom of shower and paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast! Plus they just have not refunded as they stated they would. Just really sad that people pay and then what they get is horrible experience.

Got there right at check in (3pm) but had to wait for at least half an hour (several parties did) because there were no available clean rooms. We were there for a concert so it was a bit frustrating and cut into our time. Lacee at the front desk was helpful in getting us a room as soon as she could as well as honoring my request for a high floor. All in all it did work out and I’d probably stay again. Made to order breakfast sandwich was divine as well since we opted in for the breakfast for two add on. Had fun just playing games in the lobby/pool table and visiting the pool as well. It was just the two of us and if there were any more people at the pool it could seem crowded. Showed it holds 10 people.. Kind of bummed the desk lamp in room 608 did not work or just needed a new bulb.

Amazing!!

It was my first time ever visiting Arkansas and it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay here. We only stayed for one night as we was in town for a concert but we will stay here again for sure. The bar area was fun as well.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint I have is that the rooms that face the highway do not have any kind of window covering that will block the sound. Felt like we were next to a highway with the windows open.

All the options for breakfast weren't available 2 days in a row. That lead to my kids being bummed. Also, there weren't lids for coffee cups. These are simple items, but they are nice to have.

Property was short staffed but were very attentive when they could be. The air freshener smell in the lobby was very strong and overpowering. The room was wonderful, best night of sleep I had all week.

Had a very pleasant stay and will definitely be returning.

Modern place to stay great overnight travel with friends

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Clean rooms and incredible facilities.

It was overpriced. The room smelled like mildew and was no clean. There were pubic hairs covering the walls of the bathroom. The breakfast was really bad. The lobby was nice. The bartender was friendly. There were games and things to do in the lobby and the pool looked nice but it is not worth nearly $300 a night. I was very sad with what I paid. I would have been fine with everything if it were like $80 a night but I am almost certain there was some sort of fungus growing in that room

Located right off the hwy

I got to the hotel around 3pm and I was told they had given away my 3 rooms I had reserved for me and my 2 colleagues. They advised they had sent an email I hadn’t seen, and that hotel didn’t maintain my reservation. I had to book another place. I asked the hotel to log my complaint as both a platinum hotels.com member and Marriott rewards customer - she sent it to the hotel management and I haven’t heard back from them either. They said they don’t have good communication with you and that’s why it was was still showing as active. Super concerning around. I’d appreciate more explanation and an understanding how not to have this happen again.

Horrific! Staff laughed at us that my family and another had shown up with a reservation booked prior to arrival, and actually expected to get our room by check in time. But what’s worse is watching people walk in off the street and get a room without a reservation ahead of us! Unreal, no air conditioning in lobby, bar not open, ceiling falling on the floor next to elevators, got our room and the window shade completely rolled up couldn’t get it pulled down had to call maintenance first thing, couldn’t undress in room. Pool is limited to 20 people…on a summer day is unbelievably inadequate. Management showed up in a t-shirt and jeans because poor planning for staff. This is NOT Marriott Bonvoy standards. Sad! Wanted to leave after 30 minutes but because we booked the day before couldn’t get a refund.

Rooms aren't very sound proof. No microwaves in the room. We had no trash bags in our room. Little refrigerator under bathroom counter in bathroom was very odd. No complimentary breakfast without extra fees. Have stayed at alot of hotels and this is one i wouldnt reccomend.

Pictures made this place look better than it was. Not clean. They couldn't even turn on the fire place by the bar. Poorly ran.

We loved this hotel. Perfect for a quick getaway. Very clean. The room came with a cute Aloft bag and bento box - kind of random, but appreciated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little strange and we weren't sure what was included and what wasn't. Very close to a walking/biking trail.

Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Dylan the bartender was so much fun, my sides hurt from laughing so much. Definitely booking again for our return trip
