The room was very small the bathroom was very small basically they gave us basement room dirty I was supposed to be there for six nights I check out after second night I will never stay at this property ever again very bad experience my sister got sick. The toilet and shower was blocked the whole room smelled of toilet.

The hotel is just okay. The private beach is a shuttle ride away and the shuttle has limited timings. Finding a taxi back is quite tough. The bell boy who got our luggage was rude and on being given liras as tip he said he wanted more and in euros ! After that he created a whole fuss and demanded 10 euros for giving a second key to the room! I left my glasses at the hotel and called them an hour after check out but they insisted they didn't have them even thou they had been left right there in the bathroom. Very clean and friendly hotel in a very good location. Staff was very helpful and always willing to make us welcome. Private beach at blue lagoon was a real surprise because this hotel has the best and biggest private area. Distance to the beach and fethiye is not a big problem we ate out at most amazing restaurants in fethiye at a very reasonable price when we wanted a change from hotel food.

Rooms hadn't been cleaned until you request many times. You have to pay to use the safe locker in the room. The rooms are old design and furnitures. I booked the room fot 2 adults when i reached there tgey told me that my reservation was for one adult. Despit i was paying around 7000 TL for 2 nights tgey charged me 2200 TL more. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

Older hotel with ok service, rooms are ok, internet in rooms is not available as advertized, only pool area and reception. Coctails are awesome and staff is frendly. Would not stay again.

Hotel has alot of potential to become even better, service was pretty ordinary, food the same.

This is one of those mass production hotels. I should have learnt my lesson and stuck to one of the less pricey boutique hotels and avoided the all inclusive. It’s one of those where the gin, whiskey and tequila are all in the same branded bottles and your drinks get served in 150ml plastic cups. Lesson learnt.

All-inclusive hotel conveniently located at a 3 minutes walk from the local shopping/food street in Oludeniz. The beach is 5 minutes away. Nice green areas in the hotel. Spacious rooms with a jacuzzi in the bedroom. The reception staff were cold and rushed. Lots of food options but food quality was mediocre.

I can say nothing bad about this holiday the grounds in hotel are exceptional so beautiful well kept, all meals were fantastic large choice there was nothing for the 8 females in my family to complain about, choose of bars and two outdoor pools did not try the indoor one due to beautiful weather and if it can't get any better they have a private beach at blue lagoon

Pretty good value for money all-inclusive option in Oludeniz. My room was older and bed pretty uncomfortable, but still decent for money. Lots of greenery all around. Pool decent. Pretty decent food (lots of wasps though both around the buffet area as well as around tables at times). Local drinks - included in the concept from 10 am to midnight - are OK. The not so great: reception seems indifferent when manned by men (sorry!) and better when attended by women... men just feel very indifferent and occupied with their own things; standard of cleaning (when I moved in I inherited a collection of various hairs around the bathroom and the floor didn't feel clean). The hotel has its "own" beach but it's serviced by a minibus which starts running at 9 am at half an hour or longer intervals until 1 pm, then only back from the beach... while it's nice not having to pay for loungers and umbrellas, the beach itself is not impressive (man-made). The hotel is a short walk from the man beach though. Wifi is only available in the lobby and around the pool. Overall, a good value hotel - one just needs to know some issues which don't take away from the overall appeal of the property much.

We spend our five nights at suncity and we enjoy every moment the ultra inclusive the location everything was great oludeniz it's heaven on earth we will come again

We had a great experience, lots of activities in fethiye to do, we got kids from age of 5 to 12 & all had a lovely time. Hotel itself is quite good interns of night shows & entertainment but our family room was quite dated especially the bathroom.

The reason why l chose this hotel was their private beach. Its excellent and safe for children. I really recommend the hotel for families with children!

first, room is very different from photos. generally old. airconditioner is poor. especially toilet is very different from photo. towels are worn out. second,(it's important!!) hotel staffs(especially pink haired staff in reception) are racists. room manual says if i want to rent a iron, tell reception. so i call reception and they said okay, but i can't receive iron in my hotel room. finally i went to reception and request iron, but pink haired staff showed irritation and indicated my english pronunciation(but her pronunciation is very bad) she said "just go market" but she treated europeans very kindly. third, staffs require excessive tip. bellboy required 50TL. i am very upset. if you are asians, NEVER GO THIS HOTEL. 아시아인이라면 절대 가지 마세요!! 인종차별이 굉장히 심합니다.

SunCity Hotel and Beach Club is a nice family resort that covers every thing you need for a nice family enjoyment. Extremely nice Swimming Pool with separate pool for adults make the swimming enjoyable. Nearly all day free dining takes away the hassel of finding restaurants that offer good food. The range of food is extremely wide and would cover different nationalities and race of visitors. All day open free bar offers Alcoholic and Non alcoholic drinks. Play area for kids make the family stay enjoyable. The resort has its own private beach that offers best of sea swimming and one can always visit the open beach and enjoy all sorts of water sports like Para Sailing, Boating, Para Gliding etc at extremely reasonable rates. Overall the resort is a nice place to visit and it offers extremely good value for money and nice family vacation.
