Hotel staff was very friendly. Housekeeping services weren’t completed as requested so we were without clean towels on day 3 and none were available when requested. Our room was off of the lobby and they play loud music in the lobby late at night which is very distracting.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Olive Branch was located near shopping and eating establishments. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely great!!!

We had a room that smelled of a combination of cannabis and old food that went bad. I checked the AC to see if it was just stale air and the vents were literally covered in a black mold. I politely asked if we could change rooms after letting her know the room condition and the lady just said here you go with new room keys. I go back up to the new room and the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and apologize for all the hassle and she said that oh yeah wrong room. No apologies for any of the hassle. The new room had sticky floors, tv not working and dirty toilet bit as I am dealing with chemo treatments I didn’t have the energy to do anything more but sleep. Very disappointed as the hotel had a 9.0 rating.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food and really inexpensive price. We'll be repeat customers.

The property and staff were all good. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet. The biscuit was very tough. I didn't care for the only meat selection. The eggs were scrambled fine. The apple juice was delicious.
Not everyone likes "bold", strong coffee.

Reminds me of some hotels post Covid. Lots of differed maintenance. No staff available when we arrived. Had to stand around until a lady delivering towels came by to check us in. We had a king bed room. Small like a double that they wedged a king bed in. Crowd was primarily traveling youth baseball teams. So empty pizza boxes on every floor. Don’t plan to go back.

The room had a very unpleasant chlorine odor and a air ionizer running when we arrived. When we asked about the machine running in the room, they removed it but offered no explanation why it was in the room. Toilet was stopped up and would not flush. Asked for a refund the next morning and they refused.

Our trip was to Memphis and the name here is deceiving due to the Memphis in the name of the hotel. It is actually a good 30 minutes from Memphis.

Check in clerk could have been a little friendlier and we booked 2 rooms hoping that they would be close but ended up on 2 different floors.

Crystal was AMAZING at the front desk, one of the nicest people I’ve been greeted by at any hotel. The comfort in the room needed to be washed and when we arrived on the clock was a wad of gum left by a previous customer, other than that

Everything was wonderful from the front desk to the room and the breakfast and staff was nice....Only thing that went wrong was that for some apparent reason the wifi was not connecting to my devices on the second floor!!!!!
