It was a nicely maintained hotel.

We stayed in room 125. The room was beside the stairs and we could hear EVERYTHING on the stairs! The doors to the outside slammed every time someone came in and out.The towels weren’t very clean and very small. The bed frame was exposed and very easy to hit. This is a “pet friendly” hotel but if your dog makes any noise they say people are complaining. It’s pet friendly!!!! Therefore animals make noise!!! (My dog were making noise during the day and not at night when people are sleeping) I didn’t call when I was woken up by people being loud and running up and down the stairs from 2 am to 4 am.

What I didn’t like was the elevators always had out of order signs for the time we did stay and then breakfast really like where are the eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits.

It was a nice clean place to stay, the only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that due to the heavy flow of traffic it was hard getting out into the street, they need another access point for traffic.

Only thing I didn’t like was when I went to purchase chips and cookies I was told the price was $6! Like be for real…it was a 50 cent bag of plain lays chips and small bag of famous Amos cookies. That’s price gouging and I was very disappointed. It was late and as woman who was alone I didn’t want to go to the gas station…inconvenient.

Smoke alarm started chirping at 2:30 in the morning. Amazingly it was battery operated, very unusual.

One of the best check-in experiences I’ve ever had. Super friendly, smooth. The system gave us the wrong room and the staff quickly and cheerfully corrected the problem. Clean room, comfortable bed. Great stay.

Rooms were clean, but there was a bad smell in the hallway and as you come into the room. After a bit you get used to it I guess.

Staff was attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean and new. Loved having a little bit larger refrigerator and freezer in room. Microwave also. Nice. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location for things we wanted to do while in the Memphis area.

Best decision I could have made on last minute stay. Everything was excellent. The staff made it enjoyable. I did like the make it yourself breakfast. All worth the stay.

The hotel was overall nice with a great location and clean. There was no breakfast. There were a few muffins, something that looked like milk and OJ. I wouldn't stay there again just because we choose hotels on their breakfast spread. Plus, one of my daughters cannot have gluten and there was nothing there for her to eat, no fruit, no eggs, no meat, nothing.

What a wonderfully safe, quiet, and clean hotel! Good staff that’s friendly! If the hotel had signage by the street for the turn that would be a great addition. It’s in a pretty tricky spot where there’s no signal light so you hve to be extra cautious as to not have an accident or cause one
