Clean rooms, friendly staff easy check in and out. Was able to leave deposit in cash which is very convenient and only $50. Will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed, safe travels.

Very clean and friendly staff

Hotel was in a convenient area, close to food and shopping. The beds were the hardest I have ever slept in, had a sore back and neck for days after. You would think for what we pay we would have softer beds. I was told at check in that house keeping came every other day but ours did not come. We ran out of toilet paper and towels for which we had to call down for. The bathroom sink was not draining, spoke to front desk and was told a maintenance order was put in. Came back 10 hours later and still not fixed, had to use the bath tub faucet to wash our hands and brush our teeth. Stayed for 3 nights and the sink was never fixed. Overall my experience could have been better with the room itself. The property is nice and with a great location and staff was very friendly.

Clean and friendly staff, the whole stay was great!

Easy access of the freeway,close to shopping. Room was spacious, clean and well kept Toilet bowl sits low like those found in elementary school. Bed was a little too firm. No free breakfast here.

My room smell weird Wasn’t fresh and housekeeping didn’t come every day..

No blow dryer in the room, no crib (even though I booked for my 1 year old), surprise $4 charge for a tiny box of cereal (not labeled with a price so I stupidly assumed it was complimentary at breakfast) and a very unfriendly restaurant waitress at breakfast. Very clean, very hard working housekeeping staff, good pool.

I did not like that when I asked the young lady at the desk about my free breakfast that came with my hotel reservation through Travelocity, she initially told me that that option was not included. When I pulled out my phone to show her my reservation, she quickly changed and said, “Oh you’re okay, I got you’, and gave me the ticket to take to the restaurant. It makes me wonder how many people were denied a free breakfast or made to pay for a meal that they already paid for when they made their reservation. Other than this, our stay was great. Although I inadvertently said that my checkin experience was just a one star, that experience was a 5 star as the young lady was very friendly and professional. Please excuse that negative entry. Our overall stay was great and very relaxing. I look forward to visiting again.

Excellent location

Lori and Alyssa were wonderful! Kind, attentive and very very helpful! My elderly mom, my dog and I had to stay here due to losing power from the tornado on May 16th. They made this transition extremely easy. They helped relieve a lot of stress from an already stressful time.

The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. Only issue was that someone was smoking in the stair way next to our room and the smell would come into our bathroom. It was a mix of cigarette and other kinds of smoke. Otherwise it was a great stay and i would definitely come back. Just not a room near the stairs.

Did not have hot water for my first day of stay, barely fixed on second day. Initially given a room that smelled like weed and had to switch. Second night, lot of noise and could not sleep. I’m very disappointed in my stay here

The hotel was great. The issue we had was we found cockroaches in the room. This type of hotel shouldn’t have them.

I want to share about my family's stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston-Pearland from Thursday, 3-14-24, to Sunday, 3-17-24. My family participates in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo each year. I booked this hotel because I like to have a hot tub available when we attend livestock shows. I did not book this hotel in extreme advance; actually, it was just a few days prior to the arrival date, and I was assured that the hot tub was in working order. I was even scoffed at by the attendant for asking, as if that was a silly question for me to ask. Nonetheless, I was satisfied that I would be pleased, so I then booked my stay. Upon arrival, my husband and I were told that the hot tub and pool were not working, which was already unacceptable. The situation declined from that point. We had no toilet paper in the room, but being late and having Kleenex available, we agreed that we would let an attendant know on the way out the next morning. As we left on Friday morning at 5:30 am, two attendants were at the front desk, so we explained that we needed toilet paper in our room, and they both agreed that would be taken care of. When we arrived back at 8:30 pm that evening, the key reader did not even work, so we could not get into our room. My husband had to go down to the front desk 3 times before getting anything accomplished. When we finally got into the room, there was still no toilet paper. They had the entire day and still could not complete a simple task!

i was shocked that the house keeping was not done during the stay and their excuse was that i had to request for my room to be cleaned. who does that???
