The hotel was nice, either a newer hotel or completely renovated. Beds were comfortable, staff was helpful anytime we needed anything.

Ok, we went with the pricer room, because i like to stay in nice, clean, well maintained rooms. Bathroom, formica on front of vanity has water damage, light was out in bathroom, door bottom right was rusty as were the light fixtures, the whirlpool would not work, power switch has exposed metal and cover was torn The bed headboard needs to be recleared..... However, we ck in online, parking was good and parking lot was well lit. Staff was friendly, and our check in was quick and easy. Our door key card worked great. Our room was clean and in order. Pillows were on top of bed, exposed ..... bedlinen was wrinkled and fitted sheet was not secure on mattress.... Now, this is not a formal complaint, in my past life, i was a building inspector and i understand were are all have to trust our staff. This is to just make you aware that although this room may not represent the overall conditions of ever room here..... it does need some TLC........ Room # 215

The TV was tiny, very few channels, remote was limited with no menu. The TV was disappointing.

I booked a room that sleeps 4 people with a king bed and pullout sofa. When we arrived the staff were very nice and friendly at check in and made us feel welcomed. However the room was not very welcoming, some of the walls were dirty and stained, the furniture was worn and stained, and the over all feel was just skeevy feeling. We sprayed and wiped everything down with disinfectant for good measure. However, later that evening when we pulled the sofa sleeper out, there wasn’t a mattress! I called the front desk and was told that they knew that and that’s why the room was sold as a standard king. Since I don’t work for Hilton I had no clue what she meant. I told the staff person I paid for a room that sleeps 4 and there are 3 of us, can I have a room that sleeps 4. She told me they could only offer a room with a king bed and jacuzzi. I’m not sure if she was offering the jacuzzi as a place to sleep but I quickly requested a refund and found a new hotel. I’m expecting Travelocity to refund the rest of the money I was charged for the additional night I did not stay there.

Just went for a work trip. Didn’t use any of the amenities(breakfast, pool, etc) due to work however the staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice. Located in a well area and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

This Hotel is always a go to because I am well understood of the quality of the Hilton brand. It had everything I needed as far as amenities. The cleanliness was grand, room was stocked, towels, etc.. wonderful. But this particular stay, I wanted to watch a show of my choosing that came from wifi on Peacock. This is when i found out that the room I stayed in had no access to wifi. They only had cable tv. Normally, that is enough.. but this stay was different. I was told that they ARE upgrading this particular Hilton, and the Management at the desk was really understanding of my ask and offered to amend my wish to which i stated it was not necessary. However, most of us use wifi now instead of cable tv. Wifi offers more for the visitor than cable and shows that are able to be played from the beginning no matter when they want it. The upgrade to this is a must at all hotels hopefully. This is the 1st Hilton I believe I've stayed that didnt have this.

All was good but bathroom floor was sticky I didn’t want anyone to come in when we were out so just worked around it

The staff are so kind and great. My daughter and I were staying there the night before her wedding, our room wasn’t ready yet and my daughter was going to get there before me so they assisted in delivering gift baskets to the room for her to open. They helped in making the memories for her wedding and it was wonderful.

Bathroom mold and shower floor all discolored. Pool smell through out the lobby. For the price breakfast was not included air condition could not adjust freezing or nothing. No coffee lids to take a to go cup.

Lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast. Only complaint was the shower door…ancient and took 2 people to slide it open!

Bathroom was terrible. Couldn’t even take a shower after driving 12 hrs. Spoke to the front desk and they just made a note.

Jennifer at the front desk was very personable and helpful and the rest of the staff was also very nice! The hotel needs to be remodeled! The fiberglass shower floors was cracked and peeling and gave appearance of being dirty!

Beautiful foyer. Polite staff. Bedroom great. Bathroom rust showing through paint. Filthy caulk around tub. Hot tub out of service. Pool out of service. Promptly refunded. Relocated. All in the matter of 2 hrs.

Room bathroom was rusty

The staff was very helpful! My granddaughters softball team stayed during their recent Little League tournament. The dryer was out of service so the staff so kindly laundered their uniforms. We truly appreciated them!

Shower was in bad shape and also very slippery . Room was not clean. No room cleaning and we had to call for towels. No free breakfast …..next time we will go across to the holiday Inn!!!

Room needed a refresh, but was very clean. The ladies at the front desk could not have been nicer.

Great place

The staff were fantastic. The property ia old and a little rundown. We had issues with the checkin process as their internet was down, but the Tom did a great job. We also had a cleaning solution that spilled inside the suitcase. We washed the clothes in the tenants washing machine and Tom dried them at thw hotel's dryer.

The Hilton was an okay stay. Visiting for the 4th to relax and see family The pool was not operational The television is cable only - no SmartTv

Air conditioning did not work on arrival and they did move me eventually to another room. Also fitness room equipment did not work. None of items electrical worked but were all plugged in with no signs they were broken.

Every time i come to Clarksville it doesnt matter if i reserve weeks ahead or need a room that night they always make it that i get the nicest room for the lowest price possible.
