Decent sized room, but not in a the best condition. Bed didn’t have a proper duvet (more like a thin blanket covered with a white sheet). Elevator noise very audible and disturbed sleep, which is the biggest issue.

Good place to stay in Boston. Great location close to restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Room has everything you need, but smells musty. Good breakfast served in a room with only a few seats. Friendly staff.

Lovely inn where you feel like you have your own apartment in the South End/Back Bay of Boston. Perfect location, friendly staff.. wonderful experience… we will be back.

Cool hotel in a converted brownstone building in a quiet, central location, close to The Pru. Room was modern, well-appointed and clean. Includes a kitchenette. Make sure you carry your phone - entry is keyless, and property will email a code to get in both the hotel and your room. Includes a continental breakfast in the ground floor area. Very enjoyable stay!

My family and I stayed for just one night and we loved it so much we wished we stayed longer because of the amenities in our room. We stayed in a suite and because we like cooking it had everything you would need to cook a meal. We couldn’t really enjoy the kitchenette area because of how long we stayed and we wished we stayed longer to enjoy it. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We never stayed at a place thats lobby is not where the front door is. When we got there we couldn’t figure out how to enter. Thankfully the staff there let us in and helped us figure out how to enter the building and our room.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and we enjoyed our stay! The carpet in the halls and main parts of the rooms need replacing and some dusting of the light fixtures was needed in our room. The bed was comfy, it was great to have a kitchenette, and located within walking or a short Uber to everything we wanted to see or do. We would come back to stay again!

Well kept, comfortable property with plenty of space. Only drawback was the noise level of feet (hooves) on wood floor above us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This small inn is situated in renovated neighborhood dwellings that allow guests to feel more as if they are living in Boston than as transient guests in a large impersonal hotel. This is the type of unusual place and stay experience we try to find when we travel - and usually cannot find.

I think the hotel is upgrading their rooms and we just happened to get one that had not yet been upgraded. Although it was pretty comfortable, the carpet had several stains from spills that greeted you when you walked in. In addition there were some mechanical things that did not work and the legs of the coffee table were frayed from many battles with a vacuum cleaner. The front desk person was very helpful even though the front desk is in the basement. The continental breakfast was basic but the coffee/espresso machine was very nice. If you stay here, request a room that has been refurbished and also is not wrapped around the elevator shaft. It makes lots of noise every time someone uses it. The area is very close to the Back Bay train station and Prudential Center and a beautiful walking distance to Fenway Park.

The inn was super cute, rooms nicely laid out and good walkability to Fenway, Boston Commons and many other things. Only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof so I could hear snoring from another room. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Boston.

Our unit needed to be refreshed. When we advised the front desk that we were locked out of our bathroom at 2 a.m. because the outside handle fell off, and that the shower had been dripping hot water since our arrival we were told by the clerk at the desk, "what do you want me to do, go home and get some tools and fix it". Not quite what one expects. We did say we could manage, but no effort was made to assist us or to do anything. Interestingly when I mentioned it again at check out a different clerk seemed not to know anything about it.

I loved this Inn. It was so nicely decorated and the staff was wonderful. Tom the manager on the property was wonderful. The room had a queen bed, sitting area with a couch and 2 chairs as well as a small kitchen with a cook top, coffee maker and frig with freezer. Room was also equipped with a safe and luxurious bathrobes. No street parking overnight but many garages close by.
