Well-designed rooms. Nice lobby amenities if a bit kooky. Live music and a bar every night is special for a hotel at this price.

Just wish they had a hot tub

Our room had water leaking on the floor near the air conditioner. The staff was wonderful - changing rooms because of this. But then gave out our room code and key to another guest who tried walking in. Our key cards did not work. They gave us breakfast vouchers for the hassle. Having to Pay for parking on-site was definitely not ideal. We paid $25 for two nights. We enjoyed the live music and overall atmosphere. The rooms were great. The hallway was extremely cold as was the pool. The kids only swam for about 10 minutes because of the water temp.

We checked in at Aloft to find there was live music from 7:00-10:00. What a treat that was! We also loved the decor which was very eclectic. We noticed at checkin they had dog treats and frisbees for the canine guests. Our room was spacious with very comfy beds and pillows. The shower was very nice, and the soaps and shampoos were dry bar brand. The room had a mini fridge which we were glad to have. We had planned only a one night stay, and move to another hotel in a different part of Nashville, but we enjoyed Aloft so much we stayed an extra night. Parking costs $10 per day and is paid to a company on line. We are accustomed to the high cost of parking in downtown Nashville, so this wasn’t an issue to us. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the colorful decor, and the snack and breakfast selection was very good!

Parking should be free like it use to be at this property otherwise everything was great

We had a pleasant stay and no complaints. Had a noisy night with some kids running up and down the hallway, but that was addressed. My biggest issue was that pocket door for the bathroom has no lock at all for privacy. A microwave in the room would have been a convenience.

Comfortable room/bed, clean hotel, safe area. Be careful of parking charges. I did not realize you had to pay for parking. One night was $10. Not sure what it is for more than one night. Also be aware that there is no free breakfast.

Stay was not good at all dogs barking all night long right next door. You need to do something about that

I like that Aloft is always predictable to be clean and the staff personable. The night I stayed there was a female guitarist/singer which was very enjoyable!

Great stay

The staff are always so friendly and helpful - late at night or during normal hours does not matter. We stay here because the property is dog friendly and stopped this time moving our daughter to Alabama.

Comfortable beds (better than most we have stayed in at comparable price). More interesting room design than normal hotel. .

The lack of any hot water due to a mechanical issue throughout our entire stay overshadowed any good points.

The staff is phenomenal, super nice and accommodating! There was an issue with the hot water so we had to cut our stay short, but the staff handled that as well as they could. I also loved that they have musical talent each night in the bar area. We would gladly return.

Easy check in, clean, convenient and close to shopping and eating restaurants.

There was no water the morning we woke up

I prepaid for my room however when I got to check in at 3:30 pm I was advised my room was changed due to a room shortage 🙄. The room was decent. Probably won’t re use this location as I felt it was over priced

Not much to do around the area

Easy to access from interstate. Staff was friendly but not always at check in counter. Rooms were cleanest I have ever experienced. Morning coffee bar was free and coffee was excellent. Breakfast choices were expensive. We were able to walk to one restaurant and the food was good.

Stayed overnight when needing a place to stop with our dogs. Very great hotel clean and friendly staff.

Area around hotel has lots of traffic noise but comfortable room
