The facilities were good and functional but were showing some wear. The beds were particularly comfortable. The breakfast wasn't even worth walking downstairs. None of the minimal selections were worth eating.

They were so friendly and asked us everyday if we wanted our room cleaned or needed anything.

Refrigerator sucked didn’t work and didn’t get fixed after going to the front desk twice. A/c mad loud noises a bug came in and sprayed some where in hotel and led to us finding a roach in the room after he sprayed. Hotel was messy breakfast was nasty milk spoiled eggs gross.

The staff rarely attended desk, photos do not state next to nightclub and level of disrepair. Automated text said "message if you need anything" however when a
message is sent auto reply said text was not monitored and to reach out to front desk.

Not Good - They require copies of your Drivers License and will not return/destroy same upon check out. They collect $50 deposit for you not destroying your room, but will not allow you to be present when the room is inspected. Will charge $250 to clean the room is they suspect someone smoked in it. Again, you can't be present when this is determined. Very bad management.

The appearance of the exterior and the dinning area was not cleaned, the hallway was smelly.

I thought the property owners arr trying hard but possibly limited staff. Beds were clean. Room was dirty. Gum stuck to headbord, I cleaned headboard some trim,lamps etc of months dirt,dust found pill for anxiety,part of a fingernail wore white socks on rug they were black end of stay. The continental breakfest was missing some main ingrediants such as milk for cereal etc

Room was clean, comfortable, the breakfast choices were limited, I did not like that. We were next to a club and one block over there was a strip club. Plenty of cameras tho.

I recently stayed at the Ramada in Panama City and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed with the full breakfast provided each morning – it was a great way to start the day. The service overall was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
On top of all this, the rate was amazing for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend the Ramada in Panama City and would definitely stay here again.

The lobby restrooms were out of order the whole time. The elevator was extremely slow. Breakfast was very cheap. Hardly anything to pick from. The hallways were hot and muggy. And the smell of pot was everywhere. I had to go buy Fabreeze air freshener for our room. The oder was sometime unbearable. Some staff were friendly, but others were rude and unkind. Our tv quit working twice and had to ask numerous of times for someone to come fix it.

This is the worst Ramada,ever!! Dirty! Poor breakfast! Front desk staff-rude! Price was not what we agreed on. Trash all over the parking area. Lamps in room broken! No meats at breakfast! Stay anywhere but here!! Expedia should not recommend this to any clients!!

The place is run down and dirty. The cleanliness is definitely subpar. The air conditioning didn't really work in the first room I was in. One of the lights didn't work. The 4th floor smelled heavily of marijuana constantly. The furniture was stained up. The shower curtain wasn't clean. Room smelled odd. The bed was comfortable though.

The hotel linen was soiled on one of the rooms closest to the air conditioner. The room was not cool even on the lowest setting and that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The vent on the A/c was covered in black soot. The room also smelled stale.

Front desk personal was super nice and friendly. Next door to the hotel it is a loud bar/ night club. The room felt like mold and furniture was dirty.

The location was good and easy to get to, but in our room the shower head had black mold substance on the lower part but we did tell the hotel attendant and it was immediately cleaned the same day.

I liked evetyybing except the morning lady manger somthing petel she wasn't very friendly at all. She was the worst thing about the hotel and i was only around her for 5 minutes

The beds are very comfy. Lots of towels. Enough for 4 days. Two waste baskets. Big tv Nice pillows. Clean sheets. Clean floor. Updated bathroom. Hidden fridge. Nice breakfast with eggs. Waffles muffins bagels and toast. Lots of coffee lol.

Upon arriving, front desk lady gave no greeting, very poor attitude, and appeared to not want to even be there. Elevator smelled like marijuana and bathroom inside room smelled like urine.

The customer service here is my #1 complaint. The two women working were hateful from the jump. The man the next day was very pleasant.

when i got there to check in, i had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk agent came and the housekeeping lady had to go get her, the room was clean. On one of the sheets on the bed it was blood and i really thought that was digested, why noy just throw the sheet away. I did take the sheet off. the microwave did not have a turning plate in it, the refrigerator was nasty. The soap you wash your hands with was a small dove bar soap (very small) you would have to rub the soap and your hand together for a 3 to 4 minutes before you have a good amount of soap on your hand. I am a Hilton honor and i will will stick with them, ill never be-trade them ever. I wish i took pictures i didn't think about it until i left.

The ac never cooled the room. It has a smell to the hotel, shower had no pressure. When asked for more shampoo, was told no. Stains in little couch, on bed. Breakfast was horrible! The location was not the best!

The room was clean and the hotel staff was great. Keep in mind it is adjacent to a bar that stays open late, if noise is a problem for you. It is convenient to Saint Andrews and a shot drive can get you most anywhere you need for groceries etc.

This was a Great hotel especially for the price. We booked last minute for a road trip.All the other hotels were super pricey. Everything was clean, just a few hairs in the shower. I loved they had Dove products. Soap, shampoo and body wash. T.v was a nice size and bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff is absolutely amazing here! From the owners to the Front Desk staff to Housekeeping. The beds are very comfortable. Love that there is lots of pillows. Rooms are very clean. I am there multiple times a month, Always feels like home when I am there.

I do not think the hotel is in a terrible area. The front desk host was nice, however the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. When I got to my room, I instantly checked for bed bugs, which there were none. I then did a check in the bathroom, there was hair in the floor and the shower had obviously not been cleaned. I cleaned the bathroom myself. The coffee pot in the room did not appear to be clean. There was dust on the tops of the furniture in the room.
The entire 3rd floor smelled of marijuana the strongest as you could tell when someone was smoking it in the room and when they weren’t. None of the hotel staff seemed to care and just kept spraying air freshner to try to minimize the smell. It did not work. The breakfast was minimal. I would not stay here again.
