The GM was very nice and helpful and allowed us a couple hours extra to stay over the next day. The bed was uncomfortable and hurt my back so I was in pain the rest of the day. The breakfast could be a lil better with more gluten free options. Other than that it was a good stay.

Stayed here for a quick work trip , everything was great , on my last day in the morning I ran into a cockroach in the bathroom . I have super early wake ups so maybe it wasn’t expecting me , other than that everything was great !

The staff that checked us on was rude
The keys had a problem not working all doors 2 days.
The 3rd floor smelled like marijuana with my kids there was bad.
The bathroom has culking that is moldy.

Nice room, has a gym, very nice customer service. They were only suppose to clean the room every three days but they did make the bed one day by accident and gave new towels each day. I liked it. Near the mall so plenty of places to eat and nice breakfast. Hard to call the hotel directly. Their phone number doesn't seem to work and reservations couldn't transfer me.

The location worked out great for us. It was affordable, I did get locked in the stairwell, otherwise it was a good value.

It was an amazing experience! We really took advantage of using the jacuzzi bath in the room we stayed in, it was pure bliss for us! Breakfast was good, coffee was outstanding! The beds are super comfy and the pillows were so comfy that I was tempted to ask to take one home lol. Thank you for making our stay worth it!

Right across the street from the Ontario Mills outlets so great shopping and lots of different dining options within a few blocks. Complementary breakfast was really good.

Very dirty, building looks new from the outside but very very old from the inside, elevator making noise, floor mats very old and dirty.

Reserved double bed with sofa bed and was disappointed that they were out of rooms. Was given a king size bed. I complained and they were not making any accommodations. My kids slept on the floor.. Also highly dissatisfied that there was no follow up even after I complained and after I responded to service inquiries. Rooms are also outdated. Reserved a room elsewhere for an additional night and definitely noticed the difference.

Nothing really stuck out. Older gentlemen late night did an excellent job making me feel at home.

I have never had such an experience in my life. The rooms were okay.
However, when we wanted to go to breakfast in the morning, there was a man sitting on the 4th floor. We didn't think anything of it at first. But when he pulled out a pipe with a glass ball, we knew he was using drugs in the building. Absolutely unacceptable.
He took his lighter and heated the glass. Then we left quickly.

Stay was excellent… got some good rest well needed BUT the only bad thing was our refrigerator was nasty and smelled like vomit…we didn’t complain because we decided not to use it but it smelled disgusting…
We really enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing date weekend…
