A basic, average motel at its standards.

We have never stayed here before but loved it and will be back!

This is not a top end hotel but on this occasion I just wanted something for one night which was clean and well located to the function I was attending. And it was exactly that.

An okay place for one night. Old motel style that has received some updates. First impressions were not good but inside was ok.

Great stay at the Comfort International. Super nice updated room. Lots of space, quiet, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for. Would stay there again in a flash.

Staff and property are very good. Safe, quiet, family friendly. Convenient location too.

This has to be one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. On my second day there was no hot water in my shower at all. On top of this our rooms were not made up and cleaned when we returned in the afternoon on Day two. We told the front desk and they said that we we’re informed upon check-in that we have to notify them when we want our room made by putting the sign on the door (which I have never heard of being mandatory before). We were never told any of this at check-in at all, they were just trying to cover their tracks. We also chose pay at property as we had two seperate rooms and were to pay seperately yet the property charged my card in full for both rooms the day before travelling there. The room was not very clean and the shower was especially dirty. The cleanliness and service really let the experience down.

Everything about our stay was fantastic

Well maintained room which was nice and quiet. Only complaint is the uncomfortable mattress (a half decent mattress topper would make a big difference) and the cheap, thin pillows.

The Comfort Inn International Warrnambool, exceeded my expectations. It's well located nearby to local attractions and dining options, many within walking distance or a short drive. The room and amenities were in excellent condition and staff were welcoming and helpful. It provided peace of mind with free parking on site. It was also good value. I would definitely stay again.

Great little motel from when we checked in until we checked out. Good local knowledge. Spotlessly clean and loved the doors all being a bright colour. Certainly recommend and would stay again.
