I booked my stay in hotels.com and prepaid with them. When I checked in, the front desk tried a few times to get me to pay even though I prepaid. They wanted me to call hotels.com to work out why the payment wasn't showing up. When I booked the hotel, hotels.com showed that they had a EV charger and offered free breakfast. Both of those were lies. There is an EV charger in the area, NOT at the hotel. And they wanted $10 for a bagel. They also have a "store" which advertises that you can get food, toiletries, and more..... They only have chips and candy bars. In the room, the the only buttons that work on the TV remote are: power, volume, and channel. That's it. Literally no other buttons work. Water pressure on the shower was so low, I could have washed my hair faster in the sink. This hotel promised so much and delivered on basically nothing. I would never stay here again and am considering avoiding Hilton's all together.

Overall a good place to stay. Quiet and clean. Restaurant was quite good…limited restaurant staff but adequate. Bar area friendly..nice place to mingle with other guests. Limited hours on bar and restaurant….but meets your needs. Conveniently close to airport. Would stay again.

It’s was good - when I entered to check in Front desk person was talking as if she in military- with no smile - felt little uncomfortable. I was very down. I came for some happy atmosphere.

Room was dirty. No one told us to ask for room to be cleaned or fresh towels daily. So needless to say we had no room cleaning! No parking available either! And they were out of Kleenex! Horrible visit!

Staff was warm and welcoming. Spoke with Evelyn and Jada prior to stay and they kindly added extra rooms for additional night, with ease and professional demeanor. They are great in person too!

It was convenient to the airport and made super late check in (1:00 am) quick and easy.

10/10 great hotel

The property was old and dirty looking with a smell. They did not any other room we could switch to. We had an accessible room where when showering the water wet the entire bathroom floor the ceiling vent was open. Breakfast was nasty and very mediocre. I hate that I had to pay for it for my family and I and it was nasty. The juices were all watered down and there weren’t and creamer options but 1 for the coffee. I will never book another Hilton again. And my kids were scared because of all the sex trafficking things abortive hotel they seen online. That’s why we could take the room on the 1st floor they tried to offer as an alternative. Never again. Terrible stay. The man at the desk however, was very nice. We didn’t check in until after midnight and he was gracious.

Great place and clean

First room i was given had a read stain on the sheets, not sure whatbit was. Moved the second room and the real issues began. Shower glass wall where it touches the floor had what looked like mold. Clearly wasnt cleaned bery well, wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall, coffee machine was not clean at all. It's very clear that the housekeeping needs to be given training on how to clean the rooms and the supervisor needs to be trained on how to inspect the rooms so when guest check in, the room is perfect. Wont be using this location for my future hotel needs. Good thing i took photos of the mess.

Clean and spacious

We just needed a quick nap between driving and sightseeing all day and having to catch an early flight. Best $30 an hour snooze I've had. Especially after having spent a week in a trashy hotel.

Great location

We stayed on a quite night had hot tub to myself and enjoyed a lovely drink after a days drive

The AC unit was broken and no one fix it nor provide any solution, end up only 1 hour sleep that night.

The staff was so polite

Liked that the property had a bar, fitness center and pool. Staff is very warm and welcoming. I would certainly stay again.

The property is very quiet

The bed was very hard. The pillows were fluffy until you laid on them then they went very flat. But the staff was very good

The location was excellent and the restaurant in the hotel lobby.
