Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Our room was exceptionally spacious. The main living area had a comfortable sofa and well equipped kitchen area. The bed was huge, and equally comfortable.
A small number of rooms are overlooked by the road so offer limited privacy and suffer some noise from an adjacent bar although this ceased at midnight.
All in all very happy with the hotel and would be happy to return

David the Entertainer was amazing he was very funny and got everyone involved also the reception staff and pool staff very very helpful

Good & not so good. We didn’t get off to the best start as we were given a disabled room that wasn’t suitable for able bodied people & it was dark. We spoke to reception who initially weren’t too helpful. We persevered & eventually spoke to a lovely helpful lady/ Rachael. She couldn’t sort it out immediately but after a couple of days she managed to get us a lovely apartment. She is a credit to the company. Ended up having a lovely end to our hols.

Fantastic staff. Very friendly and helpful and the free bottle of cava for our anniversary was a very thoughtful touch. Great location near beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend. Great for couples and the older generation.

The location was Perfect . We were very impressed with the facilities on site . The apartments were Clean and well furnished, With All Self Catering appliances required . We hope to return soon and stay longer .

From the moment we checked in we knew it was going to be a great hotel, we had a studio apartment which was very spacious full kitchen with oven, microwave fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine, filtered tap for water, bathroom was a good size huge terrace with sun loungers ,iron and ironing board, free safe free wifi and free air con pool area was fantastic with a lovely swim up bar,

Our first stay at this property and it was a great surprise. Went for my 70th birthday and it was fantastic. Got a refurbished apartment and it was wonderful with everything you needed. Staff were great too especially the lady who managed the sunbeds. Perfect location for accessing the numerous bars and restaurants. Will be back a truly enjoyable holiday definitely a 10 out of 10

Been here several times. Great location. Nice rooms. Great staff. Pool bar is great, often get a breakfast there. Love the way the pool sunbed bookings are done, no rugby scrum to get your towels down in the morning!

Lovely apartments/studios. Very clean inside with everything you need. Outside areas were also spotless! Staff very welcoming.
The location was near plenty of bars/restaurants & the beach.

Came same time last year, food on site is still lovely, sun bed situ a bit of a palavar ie booking day before. Stayed in bloq P 1 2, sofabed was very uncomfortable, mattress so thin, could feel the metal underneath digging in, ended up folding it up and sleeping on it as a sofa instead.
That said, i'd still visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Harbor. It is super close to the beach and all the amenities. It was a very clean place, staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it. And there was no ants at the property (which we were used to from other places in Tenerife).

I highly recommend this lovely hotel. The staff very polite and responsive. They try to make your stay very comfortable. Always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, a wonderful view from the terrace to the pool. Quiet and peaceful place. Although I did not use the pool, I saw that everything was organized so that there was no problem with leaving towels from the day before. The location is very good. Very close to the sea and everything you need: restaurants, shops. This is definitely a place where I want to return.

Sunset Harbour is a great place to stay - friendly staff and we were in one of our favourite rooms this time. There is nothing we didn't like about the area or complex.

Everything was wonderful and the workers were all so lovely. The only thing I will mention is that there is a slight cockroach problem, although it is not anything that they can control. As soon as we reported a cockroach they came and got rid of it. All in all I would definitely come back again.

Booked a studio apartment but was given a fabulous one bedroom apartment. Spacious, modern and clean. Huge, comfy bed. Great balcony with 2 loungers, table and chairs and brolly. Filtered water, coffee machine, 2 tv's with English channels, sofa bed in lounge
Couldn't fault anything in accommodation. 2 lovely restaurants on site and snack bar. Amazing place.
