Everything was very nice. Only complaints are; most of the power outlets didn't work in the room and the shutting of other traveller's doors were very loud and violent.

The staff were very nice and professional but the room wasn't the best. The carpets were dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky and we could hear everything through the walls. It was loud every time someone in the room above us flushed the toilet. The AC was rattling loudly and woke me up several times throughout the night. I barely woke up in time for checkout due to how loud it was at night. I was hoping for a relaxing night away but it was far from that unfortunately.

Can belive they change $18.00 to park your vehicle at a hotel you just paid to stay at. That truly sucks. Won't ever stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. They had microwave ovens and mini refrigerators in hallway, had to wall around them to not trip over them.

Do not recommend this hotel, we had to call the front desk every time we left the room and tried getting back in, door fob was not working. They said they would call maintenance to fix it and we waited outside of our room for 30 min before anyone came just to open our room door and the problem was never fixed. Called front desk about 4-5 times to get into our room in less than 12 hours! Do not recommend.

This hotel didn't disappoint. It was beautiful! The pool was very nice and relaxing. There's a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and safe. It is close to everything that downtown El Paso has to offer.

It took too long to check in because rooms was not clean yet. The next day when I returned from my work meetings at 5:30pm the room was not cleaned. Staff is friendly but inefficient. The restaurant had live music too loud, but the food was excellent. Dissapointed about Doubletree

Very convenient location for visiting downtown El Paso. In and out privileges in the parking lot, very close to the baseball park (walkable). We also appreciated that Doubletree has vegan chocolate chip cookies, so if you're vegan make sure you ask for the vegan option. Also enjoyed spending time on the poolside terrace in the evening and hearing sounds from the ballpark nearby.

I think the rooms are overpriced. The lobby and restaurant very nice! I normally stay in 3 or 4 star hotels that are in great condition. Phone did not work and nobody ever came to switch, lamp did not work, the desk chair was broken and could not lift it and no refrigerator. AC vent face directly to exit door. Very basic for the rate they charge.

Our hotel room had dirty carpet. There was stains all over it. The beds were not me correctly And the coffee maker still had coffee in it from the person before us really disgusting the tub that’s a different story really high to get in and out of. This was my first time staying here and this will be my last do not look forward to returning. There is no phones in the rooms to call for Front Desk and when you do call for Front Desk the answer with such attitude like it’s inconvenience for us to be calling them the elevators were down and we’re not able to use the elevators to get to the parking garage. You would have to use the stairs, so good luck with your luggage.

My room was hot and i reported to the office and finally at 2: am the technician showed up and decided that it was not working and offered another room it was late to make the move me and my wife and decided to stay on the room that was 83 degrees very inconvenient and poor experience I just couldn’t sleep and to top it off the elevtiors didn’t work and I was staying on the 8th floor so I was using the stairs. I just couldn’t believe that that hotel had so many issues so I would want reimburse for the total cost

I would like a refund for my stay because the front desk clerk never checked me in because she said that their system was down. She refused to give me a room although I showed her my reservation online. I treated her by her and I expect a full refund, I did complain to the manager the next day took my phone number and said they would call me back and they never did

Hotel needs renovation. Staff was cordial. Questionably safe outside the hotel. Elevator has direct access to the parking garage on the lower levels. No room key authorization to access the guest sleeping levels above. Fitness center is small and vey hot. Restaurant was OK, easy prep dishes, limited offering, and over priced. Locked my keycard in the room, cleaning staff gave me access without demonstrating I was the registered guest.

The staff was good, but you can’t get to the parking lot from the 8h floor without going down to the first floor then switching elevators to reach the second floor. The air ducts are connected via the restroom, there was no privacy we felt. First snd last time we do business with the double tree.

Key card didn’t work. Hallways were so humid and hot. Patio furniture was old and broken outside our room. Ice machines also broken on our floor. Elevators took for ever and a day to arrive on floors. Horrible stay.

The staff had personal issues, for which i did not need to hear, and the water stopped working. When it resumed, it was brown. I had to wait to take a shower at my next destination.

Hotel in poor repair, limited staffing and unavailable food & beverage services. Even worse, nobody seemed to care. We left within 6 hrs of arrival and moved to an adjacent hotel where service was excellent. Not at all what we expect from Hilton properties. 😞
