Good clean and tidy hotel. Stayed for 7 nights Bar was never open during this period. Inhouse Chinese Restaurant offers good food at a slightly inflated cost. 30 min walk to Delft center.

I will not stay the Shanghai hotel in a future. Trouble was happened in a same floor with customers in early morning such as 4 O'clock and almost two hours trouble. I couldn't sleep well by noises.

It was a great location. The rooms were a bit dated but that's okay. Very nice stay.

Very spacious room and very good value. Mcdonalds right over the road. Location is a little far from town and hard to get taxi/ubers. Really need to bike into town. Main bed was great, shower was good. Third bed was a little less comfortable but slept good on it. Check In was quick and efficient. Overall very happy.

The hotel is located close to a highway onramp that leads to most of the required highways to get around. As my son is on the spectrum, quiet sleep, a bath, and darkness were part of my requirements. These were all met and more. The people at the desk were extremely attentive and my son felt welcome and at home. It made my stay so much better. If you care about having a smart tv or things like that, you will not have them at this hotel but they do have free wifi and the parking was great.

Overall the room was very dirty. The floors, walls and chair was visibly soiled. One of the bath towels was old and tattered. It's safe did not work. The room was very dated and in need of remodeling. The location was good and we were able to walk to Delft using back roads.

Good breakfast, free parking, but far out

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. I rang the bell many times, even phoned. After about 10 minutes the receptionist arrived. This is unlike 4 starts hotel service. At the check in, they asked 50euro deposit on top of the room fee. And I had to pay 100euro because we reserved 2 rooms. Is it necessary as I was already paying full room fee? Though this deposit was paid back at check-out. I find 100euro deposit is much. Wifi in the room was rather weak. May times internet was cut. There was no power socket at bed side. That is inconvenient. Otherwise room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in industrial part of Delft but good value for money clean and restful . Would book again

We enjoyed the close location to Delft and other area commodities. The restaurant food was very good and plentiful. They should find a better storage area for extra supplies.

Very comfortable. The nearby World Restaurant is an experience. Very large buffet, eat as much as you can!

We found it in close proximity to the main market in Delft. Very pleasant experience. The restaurant was a good dining experience. There was also a closrby McDonalds for morning coffees.

Bed sheets didn’t seem fresh and were full of dust, in fact dust was the motto of my room. Bathroom was not clean, I cleaned the sink myself. Their bath towels were at least 10 years old. In 4 nights there, 2 towels had large holes in it. Won’t be my choice for my next trip to Rijswijk.

Excellent hotel. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Rooms are nice, clean, quiet and spacious. Superb breakfast. Location in north Delft is perfect for main highway access. Will be back soon!

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful! If my overall review was based solely on my experience with staff, it would certainly be a 5 star review. There were a few significant things that made the stay less than awesome, however.The bed was honestly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in my entire life. On night 2 I barely got more than an hour of sleep and debated whether it would have more comfortable to just sleep on the floor. Imagine concrete with metal wires woven in and that's still a slight more comfortable than that darn bed. The walls are paper thin so every noise was easily heard from the adjacent room but easily solved with earplugs.There was no outlet near the bed to charge my phone which was slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world.And finally, the hairdryer was a joke. The remote for the TV was 2x larger than the hairdryer. If I had stayed longer, I would have gone out and purchased my own.

The property exterior looks new, but the interior is old. The hallway carpeting is worn and dated. On all floors, it is quite a walk to get to the rooms. You have to go through a long hallway to get to another long hallway. It is very well suited for meetings and conventions, but not so much for regular travelers.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, very close to a mortaway and only 10 minutes by taxi to the city center of Delft.The bed was super comfortable and I slept very well, regardless of being closed to a mortuary you can hear no noise, windows and all are very insulated.The bathroom was disappointed the bath is was very small and I couldn’t get in it comfortable to have a bath. The shower head was loose and splashed water everywhere because of the presser. If the shower head was in good condition that would have been perfect in regardless of small bath, but it was a shame.Not enough shower gel for a couple so glad I had some spare in my bag.The restaurant in the hotel is Chinese, which had a great waiter who was very nice, however I’m not too keen in Chinese food. My starter was great, however my main was very disappointed.There is a nice bar and sitting area in the hotel lobby, however you couldn’t make a conversation because it was only Chinese people about. I believe the hotel is focusing in only Chinese guests and forgetting about the rest of the world. Despite of having a great night of sleeping I would not stay there again, it didn’t work form me.The people on reception was very helpful, we arrived a bit earlier than expected and they were very keen to let us park our car in the car park and called a taxi for us.

Nice and quiet apart from some very athletic neighbors at 6am.
