We were assign to room 132, which is wheelchair accessible and we didn't like it, because the bathtub was terrible. All the water came out of it when you are taking a shower and the bathroom become a mess. We needed to put towels on the floor all the time when taking a shower. The bed platform was old and moved from one side to the other and the mattress made noise. We looked at other rooms, when the cleaning lady was cleaning rooms, and they looked very different from ours. The bathroom was normal. Our room card didn't work on Friday and Saturday night when we came back to the room late at night and we needed to go back to the front desk to activate them. We couldn't understand the reason why they were not good.

The hotel was clean and I like that breakfast was served. The hotel room was modern. Staff was courteous.

After checking in we went to get food and upon returning to our room there was a couple in the bed sleeping. We both screamed as I walked out the room straight to the front desk. To make it worse I booked a king suite n ended up in a double suite n fell out the bed. Won't be a guest here ever again. Wil front desk manager was nice but nothing could correct that issue. Also Damage to bathroom door. And no TV in living room steam omg

The room was very clean, I was completely satisfied with my stay. My room was cleaned after my first night stay without me requesting that my room be cleaned, when I stayed at all hotel normally you have to ask for room service.

Overall, our stay was a good one at the Holiday Inn in Elkridge. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and looked as if it was recently updated. The free breakfast was not bad. The only downside was the small gym and pool area. While they were well maintained, they didn’t offer much space if a group of people wanted to use them at the same time.

They have plenty of parking which was great! Close to food options and right off the freeway but not too close that you hear the cars. They no longer have a pool so ignore the pool signs. Breakfast was good and changed daily! The breakfast staff was very mind. I met the day manager and she was so sweet! I did express how one of the front desk staff, shorter lady with long braids in, was not the most friendliness. We asked for a few things and she acted as if it was an inconvenience. I hope she works on her customer service. However, Courtney I believer her name was amazing and so was the manager! Thank you for assuring that we had a better experience.

Conveniently near Merriweather. Staff was friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but definitely not great.

Staff and property were top notch, only negative was that there was only one TV in the suite and the TV in the living room area although the mount was there. Inquired and was told that there is only one TV currently.

Everything at the hotel was great. What was not so great was you had a large travel sports group that monopolized the common area so that noone else could enjoy it. They had their food delivered there and just made it so it was unwelcoming to anyone else. They left their kids to run the hallways make a ton of noise. Luckily I fell asleep- otherwise I would have had no choice but to complain. If you are going to rent to those types of groups, you should put them all in on area and also provide an area they can gather that doesn't impact the rest of your guests - especially when they are overbearing and self centered.

This hotel was great!! The room was very clean and nice, the bed was super comfortable. The place of the hotel was in a great neighborhood… there was a grocery store in walking distance, and food places. Close to Baltimore and Washington. We went to both places.

I was delayed at check in while desk clerk had to “make sure my reservation was correct”…even though I paid for my room in full in advance and I’ve never had to do that before in my years of staying at Holiday Inn Expresses & using Hotel.com. Also, I guess she wasn’t required to tell me about any of the amenities…including breakfast.
