Had to come to Virginia for a funeral for a family member.

There is Pothole at the entrance which cause damage to my vehicle tire. This needs to be repaired ASAP!

Breakfast was very nice. I appreciated the cream chipped beef while my family appreciated the turkey sausage.

Place was okay, hot tub out of order, room fairly clean.

Not so good no one at the desk for checking in. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. No linen service the next day. We were told that we had to request linen service 24 hours in advance. Only a two day stay. Not happy at all with Confort inn.

Was very disappointed that the pool was dirty and the hot tub was down. Towels and toiletries was not dropped off or refilled throughout the day. Overall stay was good to sleep in. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The room was clean only negative is 1 of the comforters had a hole but everything else was good. Had everything I needed.

Service was ok by the staff, our room was clean but smelled like mold or wet.
The hot tub was not working or the ice machine on the 2nd floor. Therefore it was ok.

The Hotel needs to be cleaned and the towels and wash clothes need to be cleaned as well. The Hotel needs the carpets and couches cleaned.

The property for me was not the issue. Booked via orbitz due to urgency, for a two night stay. Realized that I might have Choice reward program and upon checking found I did and that I was charged more than 160.00 when the Choice web site offers for the second night was 111.00. Conclusion: a search engine should be used only to search, due diligence is needed after that to ensure consumer safety.

A bed side manner could have slightly better but overall it worked for what I needed!

Great staff, left early and charge for whole stay was immediate—still waiting on more than a $300 refund to my card. If charge can be immediate, so can refund be immediate

I stayed for one night (thank goodness) with two kids. The front desk checking in was friendly and helpful. Once in the room the air conditioning was not working and it was hot. I even set the temperature to 60 which did not help. I would have changed rooms but it was already 11pm with little kids. There was something sticky on the floor between the beds. The bathroom tub was stained and the door did not even lock nor did it shut completely. Breakfast was to be expected taste wise but the coffee was the worst I have had; I couldn't even drink it. The service for breakfast started cleaning a fee mins early and blocked the sections off. I will not stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

Shower didn't drain. Shower head was not adjustable and always pointed straight down. Stains in the carpet. Gym all machines were broken except the treadmill. Pool windows were not shaded and can be seen from the parking lot. Staff was not helpful in resolving issues from the first day when mentioned.

Very friendly staff. Great spacious room. Awesome breakfast included. Only 1 of 2 elevators functional , 2 of 3 fitness machines broken, hot tub also broken. Definitely a great place to stay if not needing those amenities. Very good, safe location.

The parking terrible. Two elevators. only one working for a 5 floor hotel. The main floor and elevator floor was always wet from the kids running back and forth from the pool. The cool box was broken and the drinks were hot. There were no snacks, The morning breakfast had no coffee and for all of this and more I paid $160 for a room now going for $130, Never again!

Front staff was excellent, but the hotel needs updating. My family stays here every year for the Passover Holiday and I would appreciate it if they company would invest more into this property.
