We didn't get to stay here. The gotel called me the day we was to check in and said they booked us at another hotel because they had technical issues and was not even supposed to except my reservation that I had made 4 months prior. We ended up at the Best Western Plus. Im very disappointed, our room was downgraded from a king to a double, they had a pool but couldn't be used. The space was used for storage. They had the samething for breakfast everyday that we was there. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. The had cereal, yogurt, bread for toast, and begals. There were doors being slammed all night long, and the hotel smelled of mildew. Other than all that the staff was great

The man at the desk gave me a tube of toothpaste when he didn’t have to. Very quiet stay.

Checked in and went to room. Room was not ready . tried to call down to room service, but telephone did not work. Walk down and got another room. The next room did not have a working telephone also. Total waste of time.

Was told that the air conditioner was left on by previous guest. Water was soaked in the carpet. The bathroom floor was wet with bleach smell. There was a fan left in the room and I was told that there was not another room available. Between the bleach smell and the wet carpet I decided to leave and find somewhere else to stay.

Horrible!!! I got towels and trash changed once out of my 6 day stay at this hotel. Needed clean wash cloths i was told there wasn’t any. Fine i was still nice and said okay things happen. My card got was disabled 3 times and i was not able to access my room or side doors. At 5 am i left my room not knowing my key wouldn’t work because i got it activated again earlier that day . Came back to the hotel i was locked out of my room no access to any other door no workers in sight! Maybe 15 minutes later the workers pull up in the work van walking in laughing like they went for a joy ride ! Literally no one supervising the front desk ! Horrible experience

Housekeeping never went during the whole week we stayed. The hot tub wasn't cleansed and breakfast was cold on some days. The only thing was that the room was better than expected.

I like the location and the ease of getting in and out of traffic. The bathroom fixtures were rusted and the sink had peeled paint around it also. The bath tub was updated to a shower and that is it. The smell of the room was not a clean but stale smell.

The overall experience was great. Slight problem with persons in parking lot that were there each night and were loud throughout the night. These were reported but they were not guests of the hotel. Staff was excellent.

Good customer service. Room was clean and convenient location with on time shuttle service. My only complaint is that there was a musty smell, and our bathroom door would not close.

My stay was an overnight stay. Checkin was less than average as the lady seemed irritated for some reason. There were some minor aesthetic issues around the property and in the room. The stained chairs were unpleasant to see. The noise levels were also noticeable . You could hear other guests slightest movement. Overall, this was a decent 3 star stay for overnight.

The smell of the room was awful. Our family was there for a funeral. Some were given discounts; others were not. Because we we prepaid threw Expedia, the hotel would not make any adjustments. Really a bad experience and disappointing

Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Property showing a little bit of age with peeling wallpaper. Nice front desk staff, comfortable bed and pillows.

Me and my family traveled here from out of state to stay for the weekend. Bed sheets and pillows were nasty , hair and brown stains on items. I spoke to front desk associate , all she did was said she couldn’t believe it and gave new sheets and pillow cases. Bathroom also was nasty , carpet had a smell . Very dissatisfied with it all together.

Bed was comfortable. Construction in the parking lot was annoying since it left very few spaces available to park anywhere near the hotel. Breakfast was the worst we've had at a Wyndham location.

My stay was ok. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The only issue is that I was bitten in my sleep. Thought it may have been mosquitos only to get home and find a bed bug exiting my luggage. I just moved to a new place and have all new furniture. I don’t need my new place infested with bugs. Definitely not bedbugs

The only issue I had a problem with is the TV on the third floor in my room, which was run through for didn’t have any cable at all. It was just a blue screen so I couldn’t watch anything.

Quiet, fairly comfortable. Mattress may be nearing the end of its lifespan though.
Blackout shades and a very well functional AC unit kept this perfect for sleep though so overall it was great.
