Mostly great. Comfortable suite. Empty conditioner containers. No bar soaps. Exterior doors- one not secured with a key, hence unlocked from outside and one with key entry not working, probably a dead battery. We reported both. The sconce fell off of the wall because whoever repaired it did not use propper anchors. THE ROOM IS NEXT TOTHE SPRINKLER/WATER HEATER ROOM AND HAS A LOUD PIPE BANGING NOISE ALL DAY AND NIGHT.

overall very good, but 2 issues:
1)the air conditioner in the room was very noisy (to the point it would wake us up)
2)the room keys would not work in the exterior entry doors so we could only enter through the front of the building.
Staff/employees were friendly and helpful which made the stay very enjoyable.

Much of my family stayed here for our family reunion. Tha staff are very nice. The hotel was quiet until we arrived super excited lol. The only issue we had in the room was the water drainage in the tub and the sink. Very slow to go down. We stepped on the drain and tried to just deal with it because we were only there for a 2 day stay. But it was a little annoying after every shower to have to wait for the water to drain then clean the tub and then shower. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us.

I arrived late, checked in and had to leave almost immediately after check in to be with family. I didn’t realize I was in a smoking room until later that night. I didn’t call for change because it was so late. But the room was awful. My cloths, even my cloths in my overnight bad smelled. Is it normal to put people in smoking rooms without asking?

First of all. I like all Hilton properties and only stay at Hamptons. I’ve stayed at this one several times. This stay we noticed the property seemed dated and in need of renovation. Mold in the bathroom. Dirty furniture. Rugs could use a good cleaning. Toilets too low. Poor lighting in the bathroom. Bathtub diverter needs repair. On a good note staff was fantastic! Very pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was good. I’d stay there again for convenience but some parts need updating

We checked in late and the room we were given was horrible. One of the beds was broken, a metal wife cover fell off when I tried to turn a light on, the ac wasn’t on and it was hot in the room, and the bed skirt on the broken bed had dried blood on it. Will never stay here again

Everything was great, but the room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise, it was great.

The upholstered furniture in the room (chairs) was so old and stained, I had to put a towel down before sitting on the them. In the lobby area, they were very dirty and ugly too. Smell in hallways was not pleasant. Bed was decent, not great. A/C was noisy and erratic. I won't stay here again.

I requested a room with a bathtub and they wouldn’t accommodate that request even though it seemed that they had one. Found the bed hard and not comfortable. The rug was old and stained. The room was clean though and had a micro and a frig. Breakfast was delicious. Various flavored pancake mixes and hot oatmeal. Scrambled eggs & sausage patty. Pool was beautiful. Very disappointed I didn’t get a bathtub thus the low rating.

The girl at the front desk was on a personal phone call the entire time she was checking me in. She was polite enough. It just felt inappropriate, disrespectful. She was on a personal call every time I saw her during my one night stay.

Staff were very helpful. One of the guests tracked mud into the building, but otherwise rooms and building were very clean and pleasant.

Great hotel! The only issue we had was no hot water for shower the first night.
By the third night we had enough hot water. It appears that hot water heaters will be replaced soon.

I ordered a handicapped room near the elevator or on first oor. Got 4th floor snd was told it was hsndicapped fitted. IT WAS NOT. Toilet was super low to the ground with no grab bar. Got a bathtub instead of z roll i shower i hsd asked for. Sink in baghroo. Wzs too hight to sccess from wheelchair. Could only Ccess o e side of the bed. Room was unacceptable

The carpet in the room I was staying in had at least 2 major stains of at least 2 feet. The heating system made additional noise when it came on.

Check in clerk was fantastic. When I was dropping off the key cards, the person barely looked up from his phone to acknowledge me.
Room was a great size and very usable space.
Largest complaint was the hot water. Don't know if it was because we were on the 1st floor, but it took several minutes to get warm water. After 5 additional minutes in the shower, was the water actually approaching hot!.
Went to get breakfast at 9:30 and many items were already being put away even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 am.

The staff at this hotel is hands down the friendliest and kindest of any stays I’ve ever had. I seriously cannot not even express how absolutely wonderful they were during our visit.
The hotel was also very nice, and my husband loved the mattress.
