Hotel is located near the beach, in a not very busy part of the city. The hotel has three swimming pools. The service is very nice and helpful. The food is very good but after a while it becomes monotonous. We had very large, clean rooms and everything we needed was there. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. I had a nice and relaxing time there

The staff is amazing, always cheerful and ready to help. A nice hotel with decent food for the included breakfasts. It’s right in the middle of the shopping area and near 3 beaches. The front desk helped arrange my tours at a great price and handled all the logistics. I would definitely return and would recommend this place as a good choice to stay in Aonang.

The hotel is in a great location, easy access for all of Ao Nang and around. The rooms and great with breakfast having many choices. The hotel is a little tired in places but is due a refurb and some of the areas when looking from the balconies could be tidied up. However, these are minor and with the water slides, we really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend.

Nice property for price, water park is 2 slides so not what I call a water park, food ok not great, staff very friendly and polite, cannot fault them .

It was a great hotel for kids with waterslides and pools and great room. So if that's all you are after for a holiday. That is the place for you. However we were disappointed with the lack of activities run by the hotel. It was also extremely disappointing we were charged $12 AUD for a broken coffee cup, especially as I was upfront about it (no hotel I know of would ever ask this for one cup) and an accidental stain cost us $80, which was outragious. I'm sure children accidentally damage or stain items and would not be charged that amount as it would be part of the hotels insurance for accidental damage. This left us feeling quite negative about the hotel.

We had a fine stay. My kid really liked it. The room was not the best, but also i think it was the cheapest one. The pool was okay. There was no pool for the small ones. The breakfast was also fine.

We booked a room with pool access, it was a nice room by the RELAX POOL, but the pool was filled with children and really noisy! We could not Sleep or relax! We asked to change the room but no available

Staff very friendly (9/10), location very good (8/10), amenities very good (8/10), breakfast good but marked down for terrible juices (6/10), value for money very good (8/10).
I do wish that Thailand would do better with cleaning up the rubbish. Some tourism generated, much by locals. Everywhere. Street, rivers, beaches. Shame.

This was such an awesome hotel for our family. The pool was definitely a fun place to hang out and relax. Our room was spectacular. We booked the family room which was a dream. Having two separate rooms with kids was definitely needed at the end of our Thailand trip. The amenities really couldn’t beat. It’s also in the heart of such a vibrant area. Everything was walkable that we wanted access to.

This place is awesome. Don’t hesitate to book. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had great air conditioning. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and the pools were fantastic! Just a 10-15min walk to the night market and less to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent hotel in prime location.The service of this hotel is very slow.To make up room takes the entire day.The breakfast is very limited and busy with no where to walk.The concierge expects u to help them with luggage.The prices for tours emailed on itenary on this platform is not the same as when we enquired there.The floors are wet when walking outside and it can be dangerous for kids.The water slide pool is excellent but hardly any space to leave your towels etc.While this hotel is very good its also can work on the minor issues

We enjoyed our stay with them very much. It was central to everything. The two pools were a nice treat in the heat. They offered a good rate for the phi phi island tour with great stops along the way. A highlight. Breakfast was good which was included. The bacon could have been crispier.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the room size and it was clean! The pool is so fun for kids. I wish the poolside service would’ve been better.

Beware : non hotel guests are NOT allow to meet guests in their rooms. There is NO written policy about this which caused me to argue with the hotel staff. Eventhough the front desk lady handle my argument professionally, but I still believe it is a 'scam' to get guest to pay more .. as there is NO official policy.
Entering my room, wifii and telephone not workable. Complained and within 20mins, Engineering came to settle it.
Breakfast - reasonable, and swimming pool lifeguards were 'excellent'.
However, for the same price, there are similar or better hotels around. Avoid this hotel when in groups.

Really nice resort in a good location. Just off the Main Street but very easy walking distance to the beach. The Aonang night market is at the end of the road, looking forward to going there and the Krabi Night Market.

The cleaning was not good. They forgot a plastic bag of crap in our room, didnt clean our floor from sand, they didnt gave us new shower cream and body loition though we put it on the floor couse it was empty.
But worst of all, one day we only used one towel (of 2) to the beach. The cleaner didnt gave us a new, but we didnt think more of that. When checking out we need to pay 800 bath for a rotten towel? Thats horrible and ruined our experience.

Ananta Burin Resort is a bit worn out. There was supposed to be two water slides, but they must have been removed since they wrote the web page. I would rate this a 3 star hotel

We were 4 adults and two children, and everyone had a nice time. The staff was really friendly, professional and helpful, and made us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool areas, with childrens pool, adults area as well as water slides. The pool bars had a nice selection of snacks, food, smoothies etc. Good location, ca 10 min walk to Ao Nang beach, and 5 min walk to Nopparat Thara beach. We would recommend Ananta Burin warmly.
