The air conditioning was fantastic despite very high temperatures

We took our grandkids for a quick get away to this Hampton in. Thinking they would have a great time swimming and having fun. When we checked in the sign we saw was “pool closed until further notice”. Boy the faces of our 2 grandkids dropped. I think they should have posted it on their website if the pool was closed!!

They door needed work done. The door handle was so bad, it would unlock but then it was so hard to open that I couldn't get it to open. My husband got it open but it has hard for him to open too. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

Need to fix it up. Condition is not good

The ice machine on my floor was out of service and the closest alternative was on a different floor on the other end of the building. Terrible! The policy for the maid service was cleaning only once every two days whch was ridiculous. I had to find a maid and ask for a set of clean towels. I've never heard of such a stupid policy. The breakfast service on the weekend had less food options than on the weekdays. They didn't put out yogurt and granola and a few other things that didn't even require cooking. What is the logic in that? I stayed at the Holiday Inn next to Hampton Inn a month before and they had the best service I've ever had at a hotel. You lost a customer!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located for my stay. We had to check out a day early due to family emergency back home and was charged the additional night. Hotel and Expedia gave me the run around and would not refund the extra night. Parking is very limited.

The room had a bad oder and the bathroom.was dirty with peeling wall paper. The bed was extremely soft. Breakfast was good and the staff did a great job.

The rooms were a reasonable size and comfortable. Pretty clean. The breakfast was good and a number of options. Front desk staff were a bit difficult to work with. Excellent location with chickfila and other restaurants nearby.

We had an extended stay. After first night, we had to ask for towels, sheets changed, trash to be emptied, if we didn't ask for all 3 it would be left, like trash full, dirty towels, dirty sheets. We stayed 5 nights. The air conditioner did not get very cold and was very loud when it came on and when it turned off. Not our best stay at a Hampton Inn.

I was a little early to check in and was greeted with little to no respect and at check in was at 3pm! and nothing else. It would have been appreciated to be greeted friendly, asked my name, and then let me kindly know that my room wasn't yet available, but I could sit in the lobby until it was ready. I had just driven 9 hours and it was 95 degrees out. So, I sat in my car until it was 3pm. Really disappointed.

Perfectly located for what we were doing that weekend. Breakfast was high quality. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The room (415) was not clean, beds were fine but not comfortable. The curtains looked like someone vomited on them the carpet was disgusting your socks turned black and it was sticky. The biggest turn off was at main entrance there was always employees smoking.

Nice hotel, as usual with Hampton Inns. Room clean, well appointed. Staff courteous, breakfast good, bed comfortable.

This east side of Wichita is very nice with shopping and dining, that is why we like staying at this Hampton Inn

Awesome customer service, starting at check then on to the best breakfast in the mornings, whatever I wasn't able to find to go with my breakfast butter and toppings for the waffles, they found for me. I loved that it wasn’t just a doughnut breakfast, it was an actual breakfast that I could get full off of real food and not junk food and sweets. Very nice staff as well. I was worried at first being in a different city and state but they calmed my worries. Thank you and keep up the good work and good hospitality!

One of the top hotels I have stayed at in Wichita! The breakfast was excellent! The bed and bedding was so comfortable! It was quiet and safe! Excellent stay!!!

Gerry checked us in and was very helpful anytime we needed her during our 5 night stay. We also had some problems with our AC unit and Eric (Maintenance man) was FANTASTIC. Took care of it twice and helped out any way he could!

It was very disappointing that the pool was closed. My grandson would have very much enjoyed a swim. Also, the ice machine on the 2nd floor (where our room was) was not working, either! Fix stuff, people!! Good things were that the staff was great. I called the day before and they were gracious enough to put our 3 rooms right next to each other, including 2 adjoining rooms, and an early check-in.

We had an absolute great time at the property! The breakfast attendant over the weekend was amazing! He was an older man and he kept the place remarkably clean! He never stopped moving! I just wish the pool was open!

It advertised pool.. it was close to my surgery scheduled for the next morning. I was extremely disappointed that it wasn't advertised as CLOSED. Except for typed sign on desk .. we walked to just check it out and it looked FINE TO US! I was very much wanting to relax un the pool. The evening of my surgery! Needless to say.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Had a great stay. Many restaurants nearby.

I love Hampton inn and suite

The receptionist who checked us in put us in room 318. We got up to our room, took a bit to unpack and shower. We tried to log on to the WiFi several times on 2 different devices, no luck. We had people waiting on us at the venue we came for, but we stopped at the desk to enquire about fixing this. She, the same receptionist, said “she” put you in 318, you were assigned 319. After several minutes of waiting, we said we needed to go and we could figure it out when we returned. She said no, you have to change rooms because she couldn’t fix it in the system. We said no, they would just need to assign us to room 318. People were gathering behind us and several minutes later she did fix it. I reminded her that it had been less than 2 hours since she checked us in. No apology given. The manager who checked us out did her best to apologize for her. Other than that, the stay was uneventful.

In town for the Southwestern Bowling Tournament. Everything was good, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast variety and my grandson loved making his own waffle. Plenty of close by amenities, would definitely stay again.
