Excellent hotel, highly recommended

Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant. Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice. Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing discomfort. The online dinner reservation hiccup was frustrating, with the resort's unaccommodating stance and lack of assistance leaving a negative impression. Despite these issues, the positive aspects, such as the location and view, contributed to an overall decent experience.

Excellent resort, we love it here. It’s our 4th time coming and always a Pleasant place to stay. Customer Service is above and beyond, thanks to emrah always pleasant service. I use the spa couple of times, Narti is the best for deep tissue massage and Turkish Hamam. We will definitely come back.

Staff was very hospitable and nice. Facility was very clean. Food was delicious . The beach was amazing and relaxing. Overall this resort was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay here 👍 would highly recommend! Thank you to Chef Enes and staff for everything!

Problem in communication as most of the staff do not speak English , French or other languages except turkish

The beach and sea were beautiful. It was bad that the guests in the rooms were disturbing each other with noise, and no solution was produced when asked for help from the reception. Parking place is not enough you may have to park outside hotel, they will "suggest" you to park outside and wont solve this either. The food was generally good, but the last dinner I got chicken poisoning and the reception again just said "we will pass it on". Again, they did not come up with a solution, never expect a solution when you go to this hotel, you have to come up with your own solution. SPA is very successful, dear Narti creates miracles in medical massage.

It’s a beautiful property right on the beach. Unfortunately it was too windy to swim. Great selections for breakfast and very courteous staff.

This hotel is a little old but still in a good condition. Has a great beach and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels. Free buffet breakfast with many options.

Staff, food , spa, were excellent The only thing in my opinion this resort was lacking was entertainment, like any kind of night club dancing with live music or even DJ sort of music.

Very nice hotel and good spa. The beach area looks amazing but it rained so we missed out on it. The staff needs some improvement - check in was ok and when we tried to eat at hotel for dinner (a la carte not buffet), 5 women were standing and chatting and after 10 minutes of waiting to be attended we left to eat elsewhere. The breakfast buffet next morning was tasty though and overall hotel good but not worth the high price

First of all you dont have to many of options when it comes to the " 5 star hotels " in cesme and ilica . We stayed 3 nights . Rooms where not to the standard of 5 star , dark and the view is not full see view. Thats pretty much the worst part , they can defiantly do some renovation on the rooms. Food was really good and i can tell you , You wont find good food in any hotel in turkey period. Staff was suprizingly very kind , smiling face's and helpfull again something very rair in turkey. We spend 370 euro per night which i find it abit expensive for this hotel but it was high season. All in all good choice.

First, I would like to comment on the people who work at the hotel. They were all very kind, positive and hard working. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be, however it was ok. I personally will not visit this hotel again due to the customer profile and their attitude and approach. As a result; customer service by staff was my positive aspect about this hotel.

All personels were good but they used low quality materials in rooms specifically bath which not on the level of five stars hotel. In terms of value for money its not good. But their staffs were exelent.

Liked our stay top to toes. Nice beach and sea, helpful staff especially in the restaurant and front desk, great spa and massage, clean room. My all expectations from a 5-star hotel, as expected. Will be back, thanks

Overall will not stay there again

I like the amenities at this hotel such as the access to the beach, the pool and the dinner buffet with a lot of great options. What was a downer was the lack of staff friendliness and service. I have stayed at 4 more hotels before this one in the area and Turkey and this one was lacking the service card a little. In addition, the rooms were not the best with toilet not flushing and hearing everything from the outside.

Excellent choice . The hotel is in good condition, staff are nice, clean. The pool was great, especially the water park that is free for the hotel guests. The only thing to notice is that you need a car. The area is kind of isolated. But 10 min drive and you are at Alacati , Cesme

This resort was absolutely amazing! Our family stayed at this resort for 4 nights and we were pleased with everything. Their service and food was fantastic and the activities were wonderful! Highly recommend

Excellent hotel facilities

What is really exceptional in this hotel is their STAFF. I won't be exaggerating if I say that they were one of the most professional hotel staff I met in Turkiye in the past year. Very nice, friendly, and professional. We arrived 1 hour after dinner time and they managed to prepare us a fresh dinner in no time. Thanks to the restaurant manager and the receptionist (who wears eyeglasses, forgot his name). Also thanks to their Spa staff and Narti in specific who offered my wife a delightful massage experience. On the other hand, what really was lacking in this hotel is the comfort. We booked the deluxe room which was spacious, but unfortunately, not so clean and requires major renovation. The mattress was not comfy, the water boiler was stained, the curtains had many stains, and the lamb had a thick layer of dust. The toilet was not cleaned well. The blankets had stains and so did the ironing table. We weren't happy about our room. It's worth mentioning that we had a half board booking )breakfast and dinner included) and the food was very good, especially breakfast food, where we enjoyed fresh soups everyday with a nice collection of salads and olives (oh my! olives were really good)! The indoor pool, kids water area and thermals pools were OKAY not wow. The location is premium.
