Nice, clean, no frills room. Fridge, microwave, nice TV. Bathroom shower was nice with adequate water pressure. Good value for the money.

It was an okay normal hotel. It did have Chili's in same parking lot. Gas station close and a donut place in walking distance. Breakfast had choices but just ok.

I NEVER EVEN FOUND HOTEL. I called up to ask for help in finding the hotel and MARTINA said I was stupid and she was going to CANCEL LAST MINUTE RESERVATION. IF MY CREDIT CARD paid this bill I will refute the payment. I never found hotel in Barstow and I stayed in my car, couldn’t sleep due to her INSANE BEHAVIOUR!! FIRE HER. SHE WAS RUDE AND EXTREMELY MEAN. I’M FROM NM NOT CA. She should have helped me not be a jerk. I won’t rest until justice is done.

Stay was amazing the only problem is they hold the deposits and do not give them back. The manager said we get this all the time call your bank and do not complain to the hotel. It has been almost 3 weeks COMPLETE NIGHTMARE

Reasonable price Clean, walkable around restaurants, cutlet center. ONLY issue, bathroom need updated and no water pressure . Very happy that, for California, i could park big 🚚.

Clean overall and liked bedding especially. Clean and comfortable. This hotel is right next to I-15 but surprisingly quiet. Outlet mall is very next to the hotel and many eating places nearby. Included breakfast is good.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. On the night of my scheduled arrival(7/26/24) as I was en route to the hotel, someone called me from the hotel at 9:45 pm and told me they had canceled my room reservation. I had already been stuck in horrible traffic on I15 for the past several hours(it took me over 3 hours to get from Baker to Barstow). They blamed Expedia, and claimed that Expedia had over booked. They did not offer an apology or try to help resolve the issue. The hotel representative was incredibly rude. I had made the reservation at least 10 days in advance. I ended up stranded with no where to stay.

The room was big, clean and smelled good. The room was perfect, we travel a lot and have stayed in some really nice hotels and this was the best yet and the price hands down will always be our favorite hotel.

We had a nice 1-night stay. Free breakfast was OK, not great. Hotel is clean and safe, but maybe a little rundown and in need of a minor upgrade. Overall, pleased and would stay again.

We were able to park our trailer in the parking lot! The room was very clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good and offered hot and cold options suiting both my husband and me.

We love Hampton Inn’s so it was a no brainer when we saw this one last minute. The room was big which was a pleasant surprise. It was mediocre at best. We have been traveling the last week and have been staying at newly update Hampton so we have been spoiled. This one wasn’t the cleanest, mind you they are remodeling so it is understandable to a certain extent. Breakfast was not great. It seemed as if they eggs and sausage had been in the warmer for hours. The waffle was good tho!

Clean hotel. Weak water pressure. Good location near variety of restaurants. The vending room is card only. Scanner didn’t work. It’s owned by a third party so the front desk could help. Bring your own snacks.

The only disappointment was the pricing and condition of the vending machine items. The pricing was insanely high, we walked across the parking lot and paid much less at the AM/PM mart. Aside from the price, you couldn't buy any chocolate items anyway because the room was so hot they were completely melted.

The staff were friendly. The lobby, exterior, and room were all nice and clean. The pool was clean and the kids were able to go swimming, even when it was dark outside because it’s an indoor pool. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we got food on the go because we had to hit the road. Would definitely stay here again if needed.
