We stayed their at the start and end of our trip. Never seems too busy , even with the breakfast seating full there were soon tables free. At breakfast, staff quickly clean vacated tables and refill the food and drinks promptly.

Decent breakfast but room was pretty basic

Hotel was Ok for the money, Breakfast was good, shower was hot. It shows its age (worn) and has limited parking I had to street park about 200 meters away

This is an amazing hotel, the staff is outstanding. They would do anything to make your stay excellent. The breakfast is amazing it has all the options and varieties that suit all needs. I would like to thank the reception personnel, specially the amazing Ms. Bianca who has a lot of experience and is so intelligent, helpful and wise. The outstanding Ms. Juluette who did her best to respond to our needs instantly and was always supportive and helpful. Ms. Bernadette, with her cherrfulness and willingness to help made us feel very comfortable. Ms.Denissa. The breakfast staff works very hard also. Thanks to Ms. Nathalia and all the staff I really would like to thank them one by one. I would definitely return to that hotel if I come back to Kalsruhe.

The hotel is well situated out of Karlsruhe. Handy for the main roads. Really good to have somewhere to stay in the current crisis. The distancing and sanitation measures were well observed and very organized.

Great 3* hotel - Booked a family room for 5 of us, plenty of room for all of us - not the latest decor but perfectly adequate - Free Parking - Superb Buffet Breakfast with everything you can think of from smoked salmon to pancakes and waffles - Room nice and warm with little heating required even though it was -4c at night in January - Reception staff were always eager to help - Penny mini mart 100m down the road & McDonalds and a Shell petrol station opposite - Close to Karlsruhe City Centre - Room had TV, Fridge, Microwave & Kettle - Overall a great stay, my only criticism - hotel needs to invest in some new decent pillows.

Just one night while passing through. Room was clean. There were no additional pillows in the cupboard. Shower and toilet are separated from the room by a glass screen, not much privacy if you were sharing a twin room with friends rather than your partner.Breakfast was included and very good, choice of hot or cold and plenty of fresh fruit cut and prepared. Pets are allowed, but they charged us €10 each for our two small dogs.

The staffs at front desk are very friendly. The guestroom is clean. Free WIFI can be used in the room. Breakfast buffet is very good. Free parking is also offered but double parking is a little bit inconvenient. One supermarket is located within 5-minute walk.

Not a great hotel. Paid for a double room and got a single bed! There wasnt any parking on site despite advertising free parking. There was a fan in the room which was most welcomed.
