Everything about the hotel was excellent, friendly staff, clean , spacious and the food exemplary…the only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower is low.

Three comments.
1: Attitude not Sr citizen friendly. I am 72 and visibly Sr Citizen. I was given a room with a bath tub. Difficult to climb in/out. In many other stared hotels they make it a point to give Sr citizen rooms with shower cubicle, much safer. Likewise, in other hotels they give me room close to elevator, to reduce walk to the room. Here I was given the room farthest from elevator.
2: Bath tubs use too much water, and Indians hardly have a tub-bath. It is inappropriate for hotels in India to have a tub, and particularly so for a hotel that proudly announces they use recycled water for flushing, to conserve water.
3: In a star hotel no one expects Dhaba food rates, still, a Roti at 275/- is unreasonably expensive.

Stayed overnight prior to flying as close to the airport and convenient. Hotel room big, nice and clean. Didn’t eat at hotel as late arrival, Upon checking booked wake up call and hotel car for early morning airport transfer but no call received. Advised staff on check out who were very apologetic

Area surrounding the hotel is extremely busy and dirty, not a lot of great places to spend the evening for meals and leisure

Place is quiet convenient and easy reach to airport. Breakfast was excellent. Need to pay attention on carpet cleaning other than that stay was very good.

I arrived at the reception desk feeling really horrible. The nice attendant offered water and was kind enough to direct his questions for check-in toward my daughter. He was very kind. Wish I was able to get his name. The hotel was very comfortable. The lighting was so calm and the fruit basket was a nice touch. It was so close to the airport. I Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay.

Smooth check-in with cheerful staff. Sandeep at the front desk who helped me to check in is just the right person for the job. Also Vasant who is actually a security staff but helped with setting up loungers, getting us towels and ordering food for us. It’s staff like these that makes the stay pleasant!!

Hotel was clean bright and light. All staff were exemplary. Breakfast choice was great especially the live stations. Looking foward to coming back and trying the infinity pool on the roof terrace. Great location for Metro. Very busy roads in the area.

We arrived late at hotel for chk in and was extremely tired. There was no staff at reception to do the chk in formalities. We waited for 15 min for their staff to arrive at the desk.Room was good and overall service after chk in was also good.Overall for 8 hours of stay we paid hefty 10k.

First of all, I was assigned to a smoking room when I clearly asked for a non smoking room. Secondly, the building has a very nasty Oder smell except for the first floor lobby. Even the non smoking room has a very bad odor smell.did not appreciate this at all for the price I paid for this hotel .

i would request all the travelers to double check with your deal with third party booking . as despite of you are paying of breakfast in third-party website they have asked me to pay for breakfast and which i had paid too. the staff was so rude on this. later they come with an excuse that their system is not updated in the morning that is the lame excuse because while check inn their reception has confirmed the booking with breakfast and within 7 hrs. they said I had to pay. so make sure that u r double check as I felt like a scam .

Holiday Inn is very conveniently located close to the airport. It is also right next to Saki Naka metro station. Ideal place to stay if you want to drop or pick up someone at the airport. Facility is great, food is superb and service is excellent.

We arrived around 11 am and the check in was super fast. We did not have to wait until 3pm, the usual check in time.. Wow! Comfortable stay during the transit..

Everything was great, except for the uncomfortable bed in Room 536....sags in the middle. Wonderful manager, Leandra, who bent over backwards for us, and Mahesh is the friendliest concierge you'd ever want to meet. Nicest Holiday Inn I've ever seen!

Could not book drink in bar to room, was escorted to fetch my credit card; large Perrier "not have", obviously to cheap vs. small bottle; pool was under maintenance (however taxis service to nearby Courtyard pool was provided free of charge.

Pros: The service, lobby, and breakfast buffet were great. Someone was even killing mosquitoes in the lobby. So glad to see that!!
Cons: Although the building seemed clean, something needs maintenance. The room smelled very strongly damp and mildewy. Maybe the AC ducts need cleaning? I’m not sure, but it was not pleasant. Please look into it! If the room had been fresh, it would have been a great stay!

A very good clean hotel with really excellent customer service provided. Only problem we faced with getting in and out of the hotel as it is too close to metro station. Really good food and breakfast selection mostly Indian food.
