Older property but basic and comfortable

Beds went downhill toward headboard. Furniture banged up. Not many outlets. Tv box hanging down from tv. Walk from car to doorstep was slick and snow covered. Front desk person was overly nosey. Pillows thin.

It was a nice place to stop at. Had some noisy neighbors but they quoted down early. Would recomend to stay there.

Manager woke me at 7AM to move my truck so he could feed Pigeons. Rowdy visitor to a woman's room woke me at 2AM with loud truck and LOUD music. Clean room. Will not stay again. For a few dollars more, I will go somewhere else.

The management was terrible. We reserved 3 rooms. My family reserved 2 and I reserved 1. They could not find my reservation but my family had 3 rooms on theirs instead of 2. They ended up paying for the room but I had prepaid (non-refundable), so I think they got both payments for 1 room. They didn’t speak enough English that we will probably never get the money back.

I would not recommend this place not because of the service or the property itself but because they advertised a pool which they did not have

The breakfast was minimal...but there is a dunkin donuts nearby

Exactly $112.86 wasted! Horrible staff, witnessed two other people treated horribly, the bathroom floor Mat was so disgusting I gave my toddler a bath in the sink. Was already 10:38 at night so moving was optional, towels were dirty sheets had not been washed, I’m now horribly sick, was asked to check out at 10:30 even though check out was 11:30, out door didn’t even lock I had to put a chair against it. DON’T GET A ROOM HERE EVER.

Very clean room, small breakfast just coffee and donuts.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The pillows were so thin we had to go buy us some. The water in the sink never got hot. When taking a shower didnt need to use any cold water. Water just got above warm for shower.

Not very clean. Lock broken on door. Raining had to go back to office to get let in as dead bolt on outside door left locked. Not much offered for breakfast.

We we're just looking for aplace to spend the night, and it was safe, friendly, and comfortable. It met our needs.

The Inn Keeper was very nice, helpful and friendly. Our room had been updated and very clean. The price was great!

Set your expectations. This is pretty much a classic roadside motel. My room was clean and appeared to be fairly recently renovated, but it's still an old facility. I'm pretty sure the man at the desk lives there because he checked me in at 1am, and was there when I dropped my key at 9:30am. Love being able to park by my door for a quick overnight stop. Didn't hear other guests coming or going, so nice and quiet. When I sat on the bed, I wasn't expecting much, but I slept like a baby and woke up well rested. Wifi worked. Premium channels. The only thing I would caution is the connecting doors between rooms have a peephole. Or at least mine did. So, I would recommend the property get rid of those or cover them up. Otherwise, I would stay here again any day when traveling I-80.

Very friendly staff and the bed was super comfortable. Had a really good nights sleep.

Clean, quiet and courteous. Some fixtures have been updated, some ought to be updated.

Urine all over the toilet. Hair in the tub. Floor dirty/gritty. Dust/dirr on just about every horizontal surface. Check in gur very rude.

Rooms smelled , dirty towls and cockroaches.

It would be nice if someone was in the office, so that you didn't need to call for someone to come there for you to be able to check in

It's a older motel, but they've updated there's no nasty carpet to worry about, it has nice laminate floors. Rooms were clean. Would stay again!

Dog friendly motel with parking at door of room. It was inexpensive so wasn’t expecting much. TV wasn’t working, had to lift up on the door to lock the deadbolt, light fixture in bathroom missing a bulb. Just a bit neglected.

Room was nicer than expected despite looking like a trashy cheap motel. Room was clean beds were comfy everything was much nicer inside the room than what you could tell from outside. Pet Friendly would stay again price was fair.

Bed bugs. Within 2 hours of laying down my wife was bit. We had our baby sleeping with us. They allowed us to stay in a room with bed bugs with our baby.

Why does Hotels.com do business with substandard places like this? The place reminded me of the dingy, rundown $25 a night motels in Gallup, NM. The grouchy old east Indian owner/clerk was the icing on the cake for this dive of a place where time has stood still. The only thing modern were the TV, refrigerator and microwave. Everything else was dated and looked liked mismatched 60's furniture bought at bulk from an auction. The blankets and towels were paper thin and the mattresses and pillows were old and lumpy. We were accused of bringing a dog into the room when there was none but Mr. grouch had to come see for himself because he claimed his wife saw one on her security camera. Not worth the $100 we paid. We deserve a refund.

Last minute booking. I originally looked at this hotel because of price. I noticed laminate floors in the room pictures and all the reviews mentioned clean rooms. This was an anniversary trip and I noticed an hot tub room was available. The cost was still less than a national chain in the same hotel area. Owner was nice and offered information about things to do in the area. Room was clean. Floors are lvt. No musty smell in the room. The only reason not getting 5 stars is towels and furniture are a little worn.
