Pretty standard hotel room; clean and comfortable. But where they shone was after I checked out. I accidentally left some items in my room and didn't realize it until I was home. The staff tracked them down and shipped them back to me, making sure they were well-packaged and sent back fast. Thank you to everyone who helped.

I don’t understand how this hotel has as many good ratings as it does. It was run down, uncomfortable, and annoying. The beds are so worn in that it was impossible to get comfortable. The tv was small and the channels kept cutting in and out. It smelled like the “old building” mildew smell. The toilets flushing are so loud that you’ll hear people down the hall. The breakfast was decent. There aren’t many restaurants nearby unfortunately.

Very clean an quiet room. I've been trying to find a reasonably priced room near the airport that is clean, quiet and safe. After previous failures, we landed here and it was excellent. My new place to stay when in Milwaukee. Breakfast was well taken care of although the food quality was average. The Oak Creek Diner is right down the street so that's covered.

The staff was particularly friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who managed the breakfast area. The property is convenient to the airport.

Not close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Clean and quiet...free parking and great free breakfast!

Took an overnight trip to Milwaukee with the family to spend the day at the beach. Stayed at this hotel which was a short drive from the beach we wanted to visit. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Very clean, everything worked as it should. Linens were. There was bag with extra sheets and blanket for the pullout bed in the couch. My only little tiny complaint is we booked the king suite and to me it felt kinda small for a king suite however I can't complain much because at check in the price was $20 more than I expected because they place a hold for incidentals. I did not plan on that charge and my card had been declined. The hostess at the counter was amazing and worked with me to get everything taken care of. Also, I did not use the service but there were shuttles readily available for shuttling to send from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area. Wife and kids felt they had the best breakfast of all the hotels we've stayed at.

Really enjoyed the property. The rooms and dining area are clean. Lots of parking available. The hotel is very close to the highway and other tourist areas.

Good location. Check in clerk gave us wrong directions to a main street close to Hotel. Only one tissue left in tissue box in room. 2 rolls toilet paper-one 3/4 gone and the other less than 1/2. Shampoo and body wash glued on wall of shower. Could not check ingredients. Allergic to a few ingredients in shampoo. Next time will stay at Hampton

They didn’t clean my room

I was hesitant to book this property but the reviews were very accurate. Incredibly friendly and capable staff and very clean. The building is dated in parts but my room felt like the bathroom had been recently re done. The staff recommend where I could get the best Kringle in town and some amazing restaurants in the downtown core. I will stay here again for business

This hotel rated a 9 but the rooms were dated but the downstairs breakfast area was very nice & the breakfast was good!!

I wasnt planning on getting a room for the night but i did and i was pleasantly surprised with hotel. I never stay at comfort inn before. The room was extremely clean, space and great condition. I was impressed

Good for family

Very pleasantly surprised! The room was cleaned and looked like it was thoroughly vacuumed (I’ve stayed in various hotels in the past that were a little suspect.) Pool and hot tub were clean, breakfast choices varied, there was a shuttle, and staff were all friendly. Would definitely stay at again.

It was great stay. The staff was super friendly and nice. Haven't seen that at hotels since before COVID hit. They have a free shuttle that runs 24/7 that will take you anywhere you want to go in a 3 mile radius and pick you back up when you're done with what ever you're doing. That was great. The hot tub and pool were a little dirty the 1st day we were there but was much better the next 3 days we were there. Not sure why it was dirty the 1st day. The rest of the hotel and rooms were spotless. Cleanest hotel I've seen in a long time. Pool area could use some updates. Pool only open from 8am to 10pm. We like to get up early and use pool and hot tub so that was disappointing. Would like to see it open later with just adults also like another hour or two. So when coming back in from your day you can relax by the pool. Breakfast was great!!! All in all I give the place a 95 out of 100. We will definitely stay there again. Beds were comfy too.
