Stayed here for an event at Franklin H.S. Hotel is conveniently located. Very clean and our room was very spacious. The staff was friendly at check in and out. Hotel also has a nice assortment and area for breakfast.

Pool is closed. Fire pit oitside doesnt work. Limited seating in the main living area of the room. No desk chair.

Room was spacious and clean, lobby was nice. Stay was nice overall besides the pool being closed which was the whole reason for booking because my son wanted to play in the pool for his birthday.

everything would've been excellent except at check-in the girl did not ask to spell my last name which triggered a whole commotion about us not having a reservation, etc...which then got ugly. this did not have to happen, if she would've just asked for the spelling....

The staff seemed indifferent at the front desk. The breakfast staff were very nice and high energy. The kitchen in our room didn’t look to be swept well so I did wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Pool was closed during the whole stay but they offered bubbles and water balloons at the front desk.

The pool room was so hot it was making us all feel ill and tired. I did tell the staff they should be comcerned cause it could kill someone as it was hot enough to cause heat stroke and/or induce seizures in people with seizures cause it was so hot. It was hard to breathe even. My kids and i were disappointed because the main reason we stopped in was because she taught herself to swim in that very pool a few years back durong covid when we stayed for a very extended time. She wanted to show her new baby brother and enjoy some time with him there but none of us could handle it. It was so hot i couldnt even sit in the hot tub as i was instantly dizzy from the excess heat.

There is a lot of potential. However, basics were lacking. example: Our suite with a pullout sofa bed had no linens, pillows or blankets and NONE were available. Not enough towels, none abailable.
Our room was handicap accessible, however the layout didnt work. The shower chair didnt fit in the bathtub, because the sink was in the way. The kitchen was completely inaccessible.
I would say definently not ADA compliant to advertise as "accessible".
Overall, very disappointed.

Loved that there was a seperate room and a small kitchen! Air conditioning was very loud when it kicked on. Good breakfast. Not very loud. Great stay

Overall was good, didn’t like how the air conditioning didn’t seem to really work. Had it run most of the night at 64 degrees and when I woke up in the morning, it was still 70 degrees and I would often wake up with sweat covering me. Maybe leave an extra roll of toilet paper in the room along with the one on the roll. Everything else was great!

This property has obviously been smokes in and funky smells waft throughout the halls. There were crumbs and other food on the floor. Hair in the refrigerator. A wad of hair was stuck to the hair dryer with some gum or candy or? Will not stay again

I’m not sure how others rated this hotel 8/10 or 10/10. First, I paid for a Queen suite but my bed was a Full. Fortunatelyi was traveling alone but my bill was not adjusted to reflect this nor was I told I’d recurve a different bed size. My room had stained walls, couch, chipped furniture, dented walls, etc, There were several basic omissions that made the stay less enjoyable: there is no ice machine in the hotel, so a mixed drink after a work day isn’t an option unless you physically make it yourself in the freezer. My room had no condiment packets for morning coffee. The bathroom had no washcloths. Overall, I will not stay here again.

The suite rooms were comfortable. Having the bedroom and full kitchen was an added plus. Miranda was awesome and so sweet. As well as the breakfast buffet lady. They were both so kind. The hotel doesn’t have a movie theater like advertised and the outside firepit didn’t work but overall a nice place to stay.

Was downgraded to a queen room after booking a king room. Was not offered any kind of discount. Was then put in a room with a disassembled shower faucet. Was moved to another room but again, nothing offered for the inconvenience. We were in town for a funeral and this made it more stressful.

We stayed in the double beds with sofa pull out suit. It was silent and very nice. The staff were great. The breakfast was ok. Only down fall was that the spa hot tub only seated 3 adults at a time so we waited very long time to get our turn. But would stay again! Highly recommended.

The employees were very kind and helpful and cheerful! Attentive to cleanliness and making sure food stations were full for breakfast. My kids say they want to come here for all of our mini getaways 😃

5 Stars except nobody's cards were working on the exterior doors despite a couple of times of trying to rekey. Super clean, Great service, lots of space, in the showers are fabulous!

Pros: price, kitchen in room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
Cons: pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance and the gym was not a good condition. This is the most important thing I look for when booking hotels and I was unable to use either.

Me and my sister stayed at this hotel for three days we didn’t get any room service. They never came and changed our garbage or clean new towels. We checked the bed and it had stains that looked like blood stains or maybe spilled coffee , we called down to the front desk and they said we had to wait 24 hours. We never got our sheets changed. I did appreciate the food service and the staff who served the food very nice and respectful.

Our room was big, clean, and well equipped. Even had comfortable furniture, which hotels almost never have. Common areas were lovely and staff friendly. Breakfast was fab! Very happy with our stay.

It was a perfect place to stay after coming back home from vacation into a winter storm. Staff were very helpful ,rooms are comfortable and breakfast was really good.
