Great amenities and location

The room was spacious and clean with a small balcony with a view of the sea. The pool was beautiful and there were multiple decks with lounge chairs and access to the sea. It was a very pleasant experience.

FRAUDS. Booked room with partial sea view, but provided with view of buildings! No compensation given and Expedia refuse to help with the FRAUD. Lifts broke multiple times during stay. Had to go to reception 3 times to fix broken keycards. Towels thin and old. Had to report broken items in room multiple times to eventually get them fixed.

Good location, good and varied facilities (e.g. spa, gym, pool, games room). Spacious room. Large variety of food, however quality of food quite average/nothing special, but not terrible either - just OK.

Great base to explore the beauty of Antalya. Excellent breakfast (we didn’t have the lunch,dining package). Fantastic pools - with an outdoor infinity pool overlooking the Beydaglar Mountain and sea. There’s also a great indoor pool with highly equipped gym. There’s cliffside beach decking with access to the sea and the option to scuba dive. Rooms were spacious,clean and comfortable -although beds could have been softer. All the main Antalya sites within walking distance, including the Old town, archaeological museum and Lara. We hired a taxi to take us to Aspendos and Perge on a half day trip. Also shout out to the excellent, fast WiFi. Overall highly recommended and fantastic value for money.

Fantastic hotel. Fantastic location can walk to all restaurants and markets. Hotel has its own yellow taxis which are Cheap. Hotel is exactly how it looks online can not fault. Breakfast was one the best hotel breakfast that I have had. Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing facilities

The best place to stay close to the old town. Lovely facilities and views. Definitely worth a stop to sight see before moving further out to the beach hotels. Particularly liked the spa facilities with their cave entrance and the terraces leading down to the sea with the lovely view of the mountains.

The worst hotel I have stayed in the world. First thing they give us the room late in check in and didn’t get same as I booked I was different room. They did downgrade for us and we are waiting in wrong room. Until 2:00 AM to move our room with hot A/C. Also they don’t want to give us our room until I spoke with manager. Our room the A/C also hot. And isn’t clean and smell like a dust. The reception they were rude. We booked for two days but we lost firs day with out good room and slept too late. I paid for the best room but they just take the money and don’t care after that. I don’t recommend for this hotel. 0/10😡👎

Lovely hotel with nice staff. Beautiful entrance and interior. Breakfast had a lot of options. Swimmingpool were very nice. The one on top has beautiful views. I loved my stay here.

Thé lady at the front desk was excellent

Really good area everything’s is in reasonable walking distance. Hate how there is a 2 water bottle limit per day. I find that ridiculous, the least you can provide is more - to unlimited water. I’ve been to a cheaper hotel and they offered a lot more water than Ramada.

Property is a in good location. Clean. Stuff is unfriendly and they triple your room rate if you walk in rather than booking online. It feels super unfair behaving.

What is nice in the hotel is the breakfast view. Other than that staffs are not helpful and they can be more polite.

Great location, 5 minute walk from old town. On the water. Rooms very comfortable with balcony, but not many with views. Extensive breakfast, spa and gym. We enjoyed our stay.

Location is good Had a very bad experience checking in

Customer service is terrible. Very dangerous to swim because of the rocks under the water and big waves. Very poor choice of food. For this price you can book another hotel with access to the beach and safe to swim.

Property is good. Little mould in the bathroom and the top of bed head board is dusty. Other than that, Good reception, helpful staff, fun activities- day and evening, nice indoor and outdoor pool and access to the Sea you can swim in. All inclusive is definitely the best as you get access to everything including unlimited drinks and daily fridge stock up. Close enough to shopping mall with 24/7 taxi just outside the hotel.

Very good hotel with friendly staff and an amazing view!

I have to see the staff were very polite when we arrived however we didnt pay the staff that took our luggage into the room it felt like all reception staff attitude changed from then ( whats the point of all inclusive when you have to pay each staff for whatever they do isn't it part of what they get paid for)to the extend they didnt even help to take the luggage outside of the hotel to load into taxi. Their restaurant staff and food is phenomenal best food ive had compare to all other inclusive hotels that i stayed in but very poor service at the pool and beach area, limited options, all served in plastic cups and cutlery which is cheap for a 4-5 star hotel. The other thing to consider is that its very busy at meal time. Old style hotel if thats your style its great but if you are after proper modern hotel with direct beach access and not go up and down 100 stairs everyday this is not your option.for the price you pay there are better options

Would recommend this hotel to the others

We had a really relaxing and fun holiday. The hotel was lovely- the staff were really helpful and the hotel was always very clean. There was a lot of entertainment on offer which we really enjoyed. The food was great, we especially enjoyed our meal at the a la carte restaurant where the chef was brilliant. The pool is beautiful and so is the view! The hotel is also so close to the shops, markets and the harbour so great for exploring. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Prices is too high at the bar! Everthing is euros and high prices! Recomended but not eating and drinking at the hotel.

The Service and Personal are terrible! Not friendly at all! They try always to charge you more! No official prices showed.

There was a diverse selection of dishes to choose from every morning, all of which were generally fresh and tasty. To summarize, our stay at Ramada Plaza Antalya was satisfactory. We booked through Expedia, which was a straightforward process. If you are looking for a stay in Antalya that offers a blend of beach and city life, consider this hotel. We would likely recommend it to friends, and might revisit in the future.

Wonderfully-designed building. The indoor facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The beach is lovely. Great location, easy to get to shops, restaurants and public transport. Felt very safe in the area.
