I came in for my child's soccer tournament and we all loved the cleanliness of the room.

Terrible mattresses! I’m in so much pain. It’s the most important part. And shower curtain didn’t fit shower and was ripped.

A SURPRISE NIGHT AWAY was perfect. Kuds loved the mini suite, the pull out bed was really uncomfortable but staff broughtvextra pilliws towels quick as a flash. Hitel desk awesome in customer service. Besutiful lobby. Very pleased

Very disappointed. I arrived at 2:20 and when I went to check in, the front desk employee, Donnell, told me there was a $25 early check-in fee if we arrive before 3 PM. I was very surprised about this as I received a text message at 10 AM in the morning that said my room was ready and did not stay that extra charges may apply. I also paid extra for breakfast and they did not give me my vouchers until I went down to ask the next morning. Finally, when I checked out, they assumed I parked on the premises and did not even ask if I was parking there. They went ahead and charged me $15 a night without my consent to park my vehicle on their premises. I actually parked across the street but nobody even asked if I was planning on parking on site.

Lovely staff. Wish my room AC went lower, but overall a good value hotel. Recommend

Went for Guns & Hoses and super close, great location!

Stay was great. One complaint, even though the 3 rooms I booked were available early, they charged me $20 extra for each room to check in early. The reason they gave was because I booked through hotels.com. Note, I paid the same price for the room that I would have paid by booking directly. Seems they penalized me for using hotels.com
