A truly special place in an amazing location! Though it was a bit challenging to find—my Uber driver dropped me off a bit away from the hotel, leaving me to carry my bags in the heat—this inconvenience was quickly forgotten once I arrived. It turns out only yellow cabs are allowed near the hotel. However, the stunning room with a view and the private pool more than made up for the initial trouble. The front desk staff and the entire hotel team were fantastic. While the air conditioning could have been stronger, the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely return!

Excellent location, walking distance to the cathedral, the market and other landmarks. Great rooftop with a nice pool and bar. I rarely write reviews but have to let everyone know how the entire staff is exceptional and extremely friendly. They were very helpful when we had trouble with our reserved private van that refused to come to the lobby. The hotel staff went out of his way and walked us to the taxi pickup location and stayed with us until the van arrived, knowing that we didnt know the area very well. It honestly was the best hotel service I experienced in my travels, from taking care of us at the rooftop bars and helping us out when we had issues with the reserved taxi. Thank you for an amazing experience.

This hotel was conveniently located and made getting to all of our destinations quick and easy. One thing they could improve on is their cleaning. The room was quite dusty, as well as when we arrived we found a stain that looked like blood on the comforter. We let staff know and they quickly brought clean bedding and changed it all which was great. The staff were phenomenal and super friendly and helpful.

The property is ideally located in the heart of the city. No need for taxi or car service. Food and shopping options are all near to the hotel

Overall a good experience. Location is great near to shopping and restaurants. However the WiFi was not working at the time we checked in and was not told. We only found out after we tried to log in. WiFi came back during the night and only found out when we asked. Notice was placed only two elevators, not necessarily accessed by all guests.

We absolutely loved the location in the quaint Gothic Quarter close to the Barcelona Cathedral. It was pleasant to walk everywhere in a mostly pedestrian area with lots of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. Our room and bathroom were modern and spacious with a very comfortable kingsize bed, the hotel staff was friendly, and went out of their way to assist us with every need. We will stay there again in a heartbeat.

Overall was good, only negativewas the AC was not cold enough, i asked 2 times for them to look at it, they did but did not do anything. Finally gave me a Fan on my last night to help.

Nothing about this hotel is 4 stars. The WiFi did not work in my initial room, and I was only able to switch rooms after begging, as I needed to work. The new room's WiFi was still subpar. I came back to my room to find a bug crawling across the bed. I went down to the front desk and asked them to take care of the situation by spraying the room and changing the bed. When I returned, nothing had been done. The guy at the desk didn’t even so much as apologize. The sink and shower didn't drain properly; their solution was to remove the sink drain and let the shower grout become black and disgusting. The rooms are tired and beat up. The room keys stopped working each day, multiple other guests had the same issue. The lobby smells of mold the moment the door opens, occasionally masked with a strong perfume scent. From start to finish this place was ill kept and inconvenient. Barcelona is a great city, stay elsewhere to enjoy it fully.

The staff were phenomenal. We loved the restaurant on the 1st floor. We were very pleased with the service and the food was excellent. Everyone made us feel very welcome and they were extremely helpful and willing to do whatever we asked. Would definitely return to this hotel. I worried about safety but we felt very at home and didn’t worry about anything. Also we were within minutes to the cathedral, the hop on/hop off bus and the town square.

A very well located Hotel in the Gothic Quarter, very close to the Cathedral and easy walking distance to the Rambla. Access by taxi was complicated due to the restrictions and roadworks in the centre of the City. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful marble bathroom. But wet marble is dangerously slippery. It needs safety bars installed. I was afraid to get out of the tub/shower.
