The hotel staff was very accomodating. The rooms were clean. It was quiet. Ice machine on the 1st floor.

They refused to check me in without scraping all the data from my drivers license. I'm fine with identifying myself- they can look at it, but they may not scan and capture my life history. It's as if they are more interested in collecting my data than making a sale. How weird is that?

This hotel is very good for the budget conscious. It is clean and the staff is very nice. It doesn't have all of the extras that are offered in higher price hotels but is a very good and safe place to stay. We enjoyed our overnight visit and had no complaints.

The lady in the front desk was kind and tried to help as much as she can. However the first room that we entered smelled bad, the second was a bit better. The hotel itself need a refreshment, carpet are old and over used, bathroom small, overall bad experience.

It wasn't a bad stay. It was pleasant and very quiet. Im not sure why it was so empty but at any rate i would stay there again.

The sheets had a iron burn on it and the towels were yellowish which we did not use and the bathroom had a order but overall it was ok for the price I paid

The room was clean I did call front desk to tell them the air conditioner wasn’t getting cool.. The front desk personnel came up to take air conditioner apart and did something, but it still was the same.

When this hotel was reserved, the website stated free breakfast. Upon arrival signs posted that stated due to COVID..the person running the motel was using that room as part of their living quarters. Upon checking out at 7:45am I had to ring the bell 3 times, a man came out of there wearing pajamas. Also, anytime we walked through the lobby there was a sign on the desk that said they would return shortly...there was never a person at that desk.
The rooms were old, there were stains on the curtains...ketchup? Blood? The room only provided 1 set of towels.
The safe in the closet did not work.
Do NOT book at this hotel. I will be attempting to get my money returned through Expedia.

Magnolia is convenient to I-95, and far enough from the highway that it provides a quiet night. As other reviews mention, it would be a better place if it served breakfast, and our toilet was pretty close to the floor.

I feel that this hotel should have more to offer breakfast or s dining area so you can relax you have to go out for everything you want at this hotel it don’t have a pool any of that so I feel some more upgrades to the this hotel.

We only stayed for one night to break up a trip, but this hotel suited our needs. The facilities were clean and welcoming. The front desk attendant was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. I read where another reviewer said they felt unsafe at this location. It was just me (a woman) and my son. Not once did we feel unsafe or threatened. The only complaint would be to please ask smokers to smoke around the corner from the entrance. My son has very bad allergies and we had to walk through clouds of smoke every time we entered the hotel.

This was a very convenient location for dining, bar hopping. The room was fine. The pillows need to go, flat and not comfortable. The toilet is super low.

There was no ac in the halls leading to the rooms. refrigerator did not work in the room. There weren't any cups to make coffee in the room did not have any soaps other than one for shampoo front desk customer service was poor

Will never stay here again, and should be remarked as no stars , carpet missing, holes in walls, hallways stink of god knows , stains on tails , shower head lose , walls are scruffed up . Carpet and tile are old and dirty .

I had never stayed stay at this hotel so i wasn't sure about it. However it ia well maintained and clean and i have no complaints with the condition of the hotel.
I would say the walls are thin as talking could be heard from an adjacent room.

Nice clean room on a quiet side street just off the Interstate. No worries about getting a breakfast as there is a diner within walking distance.
