If you want a cheap place to sleep for a night it's ok.
Kids running around the corridors until well after midnight ,and music or tv very loud coming from the rooms

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. My only beef is the dumb role about not allowing guests to bring food in. Use your overpriced minibar? Thanks but no thanks. Why ruin the otherwise great qualities of the hotel? Breakfast is good and the nice staff working their are super and sweet.

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful with a number of special requests. Nice breakfast and large room with sea view. Only complaints were the tiny shower and the daily wifi passwords that eventually stopped working.

The reception went out of their way to be helpful and were so pragmatic - for example, it made a huge difference being able to check in early.

Staff very friendly went out of there way to help us, great food in the restaurant very good value. Outdoor Pool was a real bonus, would definitely go back.

The WIFI didnt work well at all, the TV didnt work, the room was clean, the staff was nice but the hotel was under renovation and the pool didnt work - and nobody tell us that before, but the hotel is on the center area and its cheap.

Good location, aged hotel with great shower. They try their best given circumstances. Reception service could be better.

For the price this is a good option in Aqaba. Several of the bathroom fixtures were worn, broken and not clean. The location is very convenient. The breakfast was above average for this price hotel in Aqaba. There is no hotel parking but the receptionist directed us to public parking nearby. I would stay here again if I needed an inexpensive hotel.

I arrived. No one helped me with my bags. They just watched me struggle. My check in was slow. My shower was broken and water poured all over the floor. I arranged a driver to Petra. They evening staff never informed the morning staff. I complained to the manager in the morning. She did nothing. She just said write your complaints down. Terrible customer service.

Great location, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. The WiFi login is cumbersome and the WiFi wasn’t working most of the time.

The hotel is heavily used in a busy part of town. We had to find parking, and wait while the staff found us the correct room. We found the bathroom and common areas in need of some updating. The price suggests a more upscale hotel than what we found. It is close to restaurants and shops, but we had to drive quite a way to find a reasonable beach. The real confusion came at check out time, when the staff were not sure how to charge us and later emailed us to exact another charge. We felt the hotel understaffed and didnt really have time for us.
