We loved our stay at the North Block hotel. The grounds and the hotel itself are absolutely beautiful. We had a lovely upstairs room with a balcony that overlooked the property. Just magnificent. The staff couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. Pool area was very enjoyable and the little town of Yountville was just delightful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Started here during a crazy storm for my fiance's birthday and the small town lost power. Not their fault at all. Quick to follow up and refund. We hope to stay here in better weather to enjoy our time to the fullest!

Even before I arrived, I received a call from the staff to inquire on arrival time, special occasion, and needs. Over the top service upon arrival and throughout the stay! The room was very well equipped and even had heated floors in the bathroom:) The entire place is well manicured, private, and quiet amongst a modern hacienda/Spanish style vibe. I was there on business but wish I was there with my family— they would’ve loved it!

The room was too small and too dark. Heated floor in bathroom was nice but it had several cold spots. HVAC was challenging to use and required a flashlight to see the buttons, etc. The TV was a nightmare with two different remotes that were confusing. Only space for one person to sit in a chair. The furniture was too big for the room and not even safe - they even installed corner protectors on the bed frame. Breakfast was modest and not competitive with other $800 per night hotels in Yountville. Afternoon wine was very limited and not particularly good. The place is beautiful but we were very disappointed and will go back to our usual Yountville hotel we have been using for 20 years.

By far one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. Beautiful quaint hotel - felt like I was in a French villa. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk to restaurants and easily accessible to so many fine wineries. Will definitely stay here again!!

Check in experience started with a wine tasting! The property is charming and sophisticated at the same time. The pool is great; towels and water easily accessible. Staff were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend this property.
