My stay was ok. Nice room but the view was horrible and the room was missing furniture. Only the king bed and chair for desk was available. Seems the room was missing furniture.

I had a very good experience! When I checked in my first room had a minor issue and IMMEDIATELY the Manager resolved the matter and switched my room she checked the new room first to ensure it was satisfactory which it was I had a view of the lake and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay Here

The list is lengthy. For starters, I went into the hotel with my 4yr and the room was nasty. It smelled horrible, there were ants on the coffee bar and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. I didn’t even want to put my bags down. I called the transfer to another room and it was slightly better. The bathroom smelled like urine and there was mold around the tub. I will never stay nor recommend anyone to this hotel again. Not to mention because I cancelled my booking directly through the hotel, I am now banned from booking on Expedia again. This whole ordeal was crazy. Also, the ratings on this website is not truthful. Please do your due diligence before booking.

Hotel is tucked away and is in a safe area right on the edge of a massive shopping center. Lots of homeless camps around the area, such as the bank drive-thru next door and the end of the cul-de-sac drive. Parking was plentiful but would not recommend parking too far away from the entrance if you can help it. There was an abandoned-looking car or two towards the back that I'm assuming people were living in. Do not recommend going to pick up food from local establishments in person, better to order delivery to the hotel or get fast food at one of the places in the shopping center. Very friendly staff. Gym TV does not work. Room smelled strongly of chlorine or some sort of chemical, I'm assuming it was the old A/C units but they worked and I got used to it while I was in the room.

We came as a group and rented a few rooms the hotel was nice and close to our venue. The back of the hotel had a nice scenery to relax and or take pictures. Easy and quick check in. Breakfast was okay as well

The lobby of the hotel is inviting and well cleaned. Elevators and carpets need attention... very dirty! There check-in system is antiquated and needs to be updated immediately! Upon check-in on Friday, I was told by the manager on duty, I was completely checked in for the weekend. This turned out to be untrue when my sleep was interrupted Saturday morning by a housekeeper asking me to talk to the front desk about my reservation. There was a disconnect between Hotels.com and the hotel, so I was inconvenienced by having to change rooms and pay another incidental fee. When I got to the new room the bed was made with th sheet on top of the comforter and there was no chair in the room. I will not stay here again!

Beds were clean as and very comfortable. The air-conditioning cooled effectively, but was very noisy when compressor turned on. We were so tired it wasn't until the morning that we realized it was a loose panel on the unit. I reported it when we checked out.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Returning from Europe the Southern breakfast was a welcomed reminder we were home! Everything was hot and fresh and the coffee was amazing.

Was disappointed that the room was not wheel chair friendly as stated in reservation, i even added an extra note to reservation. Beds we so high wife had to litterally climb and nearly fell trying to get from Wheelchair to bed. There was no handicapped shower. Breakfast was cold. As far as general reservation needs, this was a fine set up. I feel that nobody cared to take care of handicapped needs.

The staff demonstrated professionalism and helpfulness. The entrance and breakfast area were exceptionally clean. While the room was generally clean, a slight damp odor emanated from the carpet. The bed was fresh and clean. The bathroom was clean, although the floor exhibited minor marks and slight staining in the bathtub. These imperfections were minor, and overall, the stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered an extensive variety of options and was delicious. It catered to a wide range of breakfast preferences. The fitness room, though compact, provided all the necessary equipment for a comprehensive workout. The pool was clean and refreshing.

After a long drive from Texas with my elderly mother and 3 small children. I booked 2 rooms to stay 2 nights but we checked out after the first night. Both rooms were dirty & run down. Even the phone was dirty .Carpets were filthy. My 70 year old mother slept on her beach towel on her bed. We didnt eat breakfast because the room conditions. I definitely will not book with another Holiday Inn.

Amazing service with people to match! Breakfast was worth writing home about. Price made it economical, people made it friwndly, amenities made it a pleasure. Woman who took care of breakfast setup was perfect.

The property was great and parking is free. Many restaurants and shops in the area. My family and I got to the breakfast bar and there was NO breakfast. A sign was stuck to the wall stating that breakfast was not going to be served and sorry for the inconvenience. The hotel states that free breakfast was provided. They put out bananas that were browning, green apples and watered down coffee. I was not happy about that and many others were upset as well.

Reserved a room months before, I confirmed reservation was all set a week before trip. After traveling for several hrs I was curtly told that no rooms were available because the hotel had sold out. What?! Front desk person told me that they were “working” on getting me a room and will call you when we have something. There was no “we are very sorry” or apologetic tone. It was more like “too bad, it’s the way it is”. Like I was to blame for showing up. And, yes, it was after check-in time.
I made a last minute direct reservation at a nearby hotel and cancelled the reservation.
HIGHLY recommend anyone to look elsewhere. Also, I have used Travelocity several time, but after this kluge, I see no benefit at all in using them over booking directly with the hotel (I got a better price calling directly)

Upon check in, 1 key worked, one did not. Returning from dinner, neither worked.
Exterior door inoperable with sharpie instructions of how to make it work... still did mot work
Parking security lights were still not on at 8:35 (fairly dark).

Warren was an excellent at checking me in. My room was clean and comfy.
